Update at bottom...Game prices are good. They have updated interior from last year. Tables in the lane areas have 1 USB port and 1 power outlet each. Food is good quality but sodas can be expensive. Lanes are clean and well kept. New scoring system with easy and intuitive touch pad screens to operate. Friendly staff. Arcade is currently under renovation. No smoking except in the inside bar/lounge room. Update - wait times during the kitchen upgrade is getting a little much. 10 minutes for a large coffee is not good. Its been a few weeks already and I hear its another 4 weeks till completion? For the sake of customers, AND your staff, Owners, replace your contractors... Update starts here - coffee is now free..when its ready. . Owner, please get the cafe done. Also please make sure the people cooking the food can COOK the food, not dehydrate it. See latest pic posted of the 2 Egg Breakfast with Sausage and Wheat toast... the two scrambled eggs were so dry and crumbly, it was like getting dehydrated eggs that werent hydrated.. a Swanson frozen egg breakfast would have better eggs. . Sausage was dry too.. and for almost $5? The cook was NOT the usual older ladies (Sherry and Terri) who work on Sundays and provide tasty food, but a younger teen. Im all for working teens, but if your employee cant cook, dont have them cook where i pay for their training... This experience highly influences my wanting to spend more $ to snack here when Im bowling.. if this keeps up i dont think anyone will want to do the same... Update - another Sunday morning.. and no coffee is ready and its. Almost 930. Place opens @ 9am.. Owners, PLEASE get the cafe finished...

When it comes to bowling alleys they do a pretty good job here, a lot better than most. I have read some of the other reviews and I dont understand. I have been a bowler since I was 8 in YABA. They do a good job here. The lanes are synthetic so they snap at the end if you have a reactive ball. If you come in here drunk with an attitude thinking youre special youll probably get an attitude back. This place is after all just a bowling alley. I have been coming here on Wednesday nights for six years and the same hot waitress Meghan still works here so that has to say something about the place. If you look at the furnishings they are new and ergonomically appropriate for bowling. Come have fun and bowl. Dont give the staff a hard time and expect them to be pleasant in return

We were very impressed with Countryside Lanes. We took our Cub Scout Pack to work on their Bowling belt loops and pins. The staff at Countryside Lanes were so nice! They showed the boys how to choose the right ball and gave them pointers on how to make a hook shot. Then, after we bowled two games, the mechanic, Byron, gave the pack a tour of the back. We got to see the pin tumbler machines up close and personal, as well as the waxing machine that they use to keep the lanes smooth. At the end, Byron gave each kid an actual bowling pin! The boys borrowed a permanent marker from the staff and had everyone sign the pins. What a great souvenir from an awesome day!

Overpriced, old (and it shows), long waits for crappy food, and I could go on, but you get it. Honestly, I could tolerate the dive atmosphere if they werent charging premium prices, but thats not the case. It seems like so many places these days (from Disney to the local bowling alley or movie theater) are trying to get rich off of a single visit. If they were more reasonably priced, wed go a lot more often, and their business would be steadier and even more profitable. Too bad more places dont understand that simple concept.

I did looked at the rateings and I was not to sure on going. But I gave it a chance! Everything that was said about thus place was really not true. Staff was always their to help. They explained everything in full detail. The young lady with the purple shirt was so sweat. She always had a smile even when my young daughter got the ball stuck a few times. Great family structure... I would check it out yourself. I would go back. Very clean and non smokeing. Thats a plus! Great prices also. Good fun and good music.

I have been coming here for a long time and am glad to see that they have been up keeping the property the whole time, and definitely making it better. It is clean, a huge change from any bowling alley in general. The lanes are maintained nicely, the food is good and the staff is courteous, basically all things that are not easily associated with a bowling alley so I feel like they are winning. I would definitely recommend this for a night of bowling or if you are of age the bar is great also.

Fairly busy Saturday early evening; the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lane right away. Upon arrival, our lane was kind of messy with lots of popcorn on the floor and cups sitting around the area, someone finally came by and cleaned it up. The music in the bowling alley was loud with lots of static background noise on the speakers, so it was difficult to talk to one another. Overall though, it was a positive experience and I will probably return again.

Not sure about the staff 2 years ago mentioned in some of these negative reviews, but we have been bowling at Countryside for over a year now and all of the staff there now are awesome! Very helpful, very friendly and courteous. They run a great operation and it is a great place to Bowl. The Snack bar also serves great Snack Bar food! The chicken tenders are fantastic as are the burgers and the pizza! Good service and very friendly folks at the snack bar too.

The consistant thing at this bowling alley is the rudeness. From the staff at the front desk, the snack bar staff & even the league bowlers everyone we encountered was flat out rude & unfriendly. Even after my husband complained about a staff member being rude things didnt change. We barely got to finish one game of bowling because we had to hit the reset button after every player. It is certain that our family will never return to this facility.

Fun place to go bowling. Ive only been in on Saturday afternoons and it is very crowded at this time. They only had one girl to help long lines of people for over 10 minutes before getting someone to help check people into their lanes. Im sure they are busy most Saturdays and should prepare themselves better to get through the long lines

Dont come here. Not only are they expensive but they overcharge. I got charged for 6 games and they only let me play 2. I also got charged the weekend price even though I came in on a Tuesday. I looked back at my receipt recently which is almost two weeks later after I played. Cant do anything about it because I didnt know until now.

I enjoyed the modern way of bowling and how they used good and fast tablets and good tvs for scoring. They have no birthday room and pizza is pretty good. The lanes did keep getting stuck but that was most likely my fault as I kept touching and messing with the tablet.. Otherwise, really fun place, has a good arcade also!
