Wonderful trail and horse trainer, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!. Totally will come back and this is the only horse trail ride I really enjoy(I am an experienced rider). Trail rides is Awesome and super fun. The trainer gives everyone an opportunity to trot and canter. She individually teaches you basic riding skills and how to ask for each gait. The ride is goes over 1.5 hours and the trail is a beautiful view of Florida for ONLY $40. It is covered by shady trees and the sun can never get to you. Horses are a bit lazy and slow. All other animals at the farm are calm and very well trained(Tons of Dogs and cats!!). Wonderful opportunity, only place I will trail horse back ride!!

A great place for something different! You do have to bear in mind that this is not a Theme Park ride on a mechanical device attached to tracks. It is a working ranch operated from the farmhouse. You are riding live horses, sometimes through quite dense forest. For safety reasons the trail bosses instructions have to be followed, both by the riders and the horses. If either do not obey then watch out! The one and a half hour ride was just right to see deep into the forest and out into the open scrub land. All the animals were well cared for, including the old ones that have retired, and friendly. Lots of happy dogs too. Very good value for money for a real life experience.

A good time for the most part because we got cut short by the rain. It was my granddaughters first time riding a horse. They seem to match the horse with the level of horse experience you have. She had a blast. The trails were great and the horses looked healthy. Miss Shirley was a good hostess and trail guide. Sometimes a bit harsh with her words but nothing that will keep me from coming backThank you all at the Horseback Trailrides

I went with my daughter for what was supposed to be a great experience, but we left feeling quite disturbed. The Guide talked about how dumb horses are and kept repeating that their brain is only 1 point. She smacked the horse when he went to eat some grass. The horses are beautiful, but the owner/guide does not really care for her horses. Just a meal ticket. Very sad

Beautiful, healthy and well trained horses are used. Rough, non commercial riding stables are owner operated. Natural Florida trail with shady forest and palmetto fields would be nice year round. Wonderful family activity and fun time. Safely conscious, knowledgeable guide takes you on 1.5 hr ride.

This place never pickes up or answers the phone I have tried to keep on calling hem from July 10 to July 18! My sister and her dad came down from nj and now guess what!!............... now I cant go horse back riding with them bcuz their gone!! Thanks a lot people

Simply wonderful afternoon with my daughter and the horses. The horses are very tame and trail is very relaxing. Everything is very easy going and our stay was very pleasant. Looking forward to returning soon.

We went yesterday (2/28/16) and it was AMAZING! So much fun...Our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful with everything. Beautiful horses and did I say SO MUCH FUN! Will definitely be going back asap.
