A very nice park for wildlife observation and walking. The lake has been carefully managed and has a wide variety of flora and fauna that are a comfortably viewable from a well constructed boardwalk. The wildlife is very tame and on my visit I was able to closely observe many turtles, a four foot alligator, as well as an Anhinga, some Gallinule, and a pair of limpkins! A real hidden slice of creation in the middle of the manmade world!

Great local park. Has an extension of the main bike trail through it and a nice boardwalk thru the marshes next to a pond area. Plenty of wildlife to see including lots of turtles, large birds, and an occasional alligator! This plus Moccasin Lake Park are two of the great highlights if this area. A fantastic resource built around a flood control plan. Well done Clearwater!

Beautiful park!! So clean and well maintained. Dogs welcome. Awesome boardwalk that also offers a look out point. Water is clear enough so that you can see the large amount of turtles and fish..even gators! Bird watching and other wildlife can be found here. Great site to run or take a nice relaxing walk!

Great park for a quick stroll, taking photographs of the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just going on a romantic walk. Also great for Pokémon Go fans, as it has about 8 poke stops all within close vicinity of each other and a couple gyms and more close by.

Beautiful, lush, and animate wildlife, very amusing to watch the turtles, fish, and alligators in the lakes. Beautiful lilies, too.
