The park was clean and had excellent signage. The Nature Learning Center is fantastic and incredibly educational. Ranger Allen was a pleasure to talk to, and gave us insight about the area and things to do with a young infant. Parking is only $2.00. Highly recommended.

“Gem of a park” We love to get out and explore the parks in our area and found this one last year. It is similar to all the other parks in vegetation and natural landscape but is quiet and serene. Well be back.

The kayaking is great and affordable. Rangers are super nice and friendly as well (and thats saying something coming from me). Dont go expecting a good trail, but for what it is, its a nice little park.

What a great park to take a walk and see animals in their natural habitat. The nature center is great and they offer canoes and kayaks for rent. Its certainly worth the $2 entrance fee.

Recently Visited this park, it is beautiful, not crowded and with nice trails. You cam do Kayaking, there are BBQ Shelters, Nature Center, Staff person was very nice.

The tide was low so we did have to walk the kayaks probably a half a mile. Just check the tires before you go. Its a very nice park but a tight canoe launch.

Excellent local park, both for exploring their hiking trails or their kayaking routes. Nice, quiet place with lots to see.

Kayak and Canoe rentals were very affordable only $25 for 4 hours of use. The rangers are very helpful and friendly.

The trail is beautiful and well maintained. It is shaded in most parts so it is perfect for biking or hiking.
