My family and I have been coming to the Dickens Parlour Theater since it opened 4 years ago. It features a full evening of entertainment; a stage show followed up by close-up magic (along with yummy cakes and refreshments) in the Cafe of the theater. We have seen many of the different magicians there and all of them have been outstanding. Jay Read, who almost always does close-up after the stage shows, is one of the funniest and best family entertainers I have ever seen. I could watch him a hundred times and never get tired of his antics. Beach week can become a routine for families like ours and Dickens is a perfect way to get out of that rut. We laugh together, are amazed and just have a great time. This is a very special place worth going out of your way to visit.

Future presentations, at no cost to the public, will offer insight into high profile Federal operations and high profile personnel. I had an outstanding experience and recommend to everyone.

Great fun at Dickens Parlour Theater. Excellent performance with Chris Capehart. The hand is definately quicker than the eye. Very nice theatre and friendly staff. A nice activity and alternative to have close by.

We love the Dickens Theatre and have been there 3 times with guests, once for a Birthday and they did a really neat magic trick in the Parlour for our birthday girl. Were taking guests again soon.

The staff was very rude, and the show was very disappointing. All the tricks were easily exposed. The magic is they got our $$$. I would recommend you tube rather than going to this show.

Alot of fun for young and old alike. Had a great time. Small theater so very intimate. After cam get up and close to the talent, this was also fun. Cant wait to do again!
