I dont even know where to start. I wish I read the reviews before I booked this place. I thought this would be a great place to have my 21st birthday party at because its so nice inside! NOT. The employees are the rudest people you will ever encounter. I planned this party two weeks in advance with their "party planner" where we reserved the first four lanes next to the bar. We scheduled my party for 6pm and were told to come 30 minutes prior to set up the balloons, party material etc. I was told we would have a gift table and a food table set up so when we got there at 5:30 it would be easy to set up everything up. We get there a little after 5:30 and theres people bowling in our lanes, and no tables had been set up. I went to the counter and apparently no one knew about clearing the lanes and setting up for my party even though I had to put a deposit down two weeks in advance to do so. So when I went to the counter to see why nothing was set up or the lanes werent cleared I get told "Well we dont reserve specific lanes and we dont set up tables for parties" and they tried to put me in the very back corner of the bowling alley. We had a very specific arrangement the day I put my deposit down for this place but suddenly no one knows whats going on? I got extremely upset and it turns out their planner never told the people working there that day about my event. I apologized because I felt bad but it didnt end there. The girl at the front desk thats supposed to be greeting people is absolutely the most miserable, brattiest, and rudest person that works there other than their bartender. She has the worst attitude for someone who is supposed to be working in customer service. If you dont want to be there then GO HOME why are you there?! The bartender was up there with her! We requested some drinks and they have NO MENU. So the prices were different each time one of our guests ordered a drink or depending on his mood. Not only did the prices change on the drinks but they did with bowling depending on which guest asked! The bartender had an attitude almost every time someone went in to order a drink. Almost all of my guests complained about him that night and I felt sick to my stomach over it. The bar was just full of tension because of his attitude but we just ordered our drinks and left. I was embarrassed for my guests that they had to deal with this also. Then my brother and his fiance came in about 2 hours before they closed so what do they do?... lock the doors. The girl behind the counter saw and heard them knocking but did she open the door? NO. I had to leave my own party to let them in. I read the signs that said no entry after 9pm and thats only on Friday and Saturdays NOT Sundays and I asked the girl at the counter that and she confirmed its only those two days! So why she didnt let them in I have no idea!!!! Lastly about 45 min prior to them closing the girl at the front counter comes to our lanes and takes the balls as if shes cleaning up our party when people werent even done yet. She actually shoved my best friends mother out of her way and with the biggest attitude said "uh excuse me" while shes putting the bowling balls back. Needless to say I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I rather be locked in a 4x4 cell for a night then go back there.

I have been here in the past and enjoyed myself but just went back for the first time in a couple years. I had been trying to go for a few weeks now (unsuccessfully) but was told I could reserve a lane with 24 hours notice. I called Thursday to reserve a lane for Saturday and was expecting a great night. I was told that it covered 2 hours of bowling. Myself and my party got there around 8:50 to pay for our bowling and head to the lane. We started to bowl at the allotted time at 9:00 PM. At 10:47 our lane was shut off with no warning and with just two frames to go in the game that we were bowling. While I was still putting on my shoes the next group was already placed in the lane and their food delivered. Now while I was a little upset about that, it wasnt a deal breaker. The deal breaker came when I had placed my $100 deposit toward food and drinks for the lane. I asked my server about the remaining balance and she told me and my two companions that $12 remained. I let her know that if that was left she could keep that as her tip. I did however request a receipt. When she brought the receipt (after at least an additional 15 minutes of waiting) I found that the actual remaining balance was a little over $30. I felt as though she thought I wasnt going to ask for a receipt and would have pocketed the additional money of the deposit had I not requested to see my receipt. I like the atmosphere here and as my girlfriend and I enjoy bowling on the weekends its an activity we regularly participate in. I will be hard pressed not to take my bowling elsewhere after my experience Saturday, April 8, 2017.

Had a great time when I went here. It was kinda empty at first (we arrived at 4:45) but got more busy as the night went on, and leagues started to pour in so if youre part of one, this place may be a good bowling alley to check out, heres why: Love how there are some comfy couches and chairs to lounge around on rather than just chairs in Bradley Bowl, Spare Time and Newington Bowl-a-Rama. Also being able to eat at the lane while sitting near there rather than having to move from tables and chairs away from the lane to bowl after youre done eating. However, it does get kinda crowded if theres a lot of food and plates on the table. I ordered a large pizza with sausage and peppers, two Pepsis, and a lava cake. No free refills for the soda, but my waitress was very nice, the service was good, the food was delicious and I even got to take some pizza home in a box. Music playing was good and not too loud and blaring, though I couldnt hear the TVs very well. No arcade games, food vendors, water bottle, or any machines other than a photo booth unlike Bradley Bowl and the others Ive visited, but it didnt soil my experience. The staff was also very nice when I bought my shoes and returned them too. This is definitely a bowling alley Im planning to go back to, and if you want a bowling alley where you can also lounge around while bowling some games, then this is a place I can recommend.

love the atmosphere, hate everything else. the non confrontational manager hides behind his staff if theres an issue with anything. he needs to take some classes on how to run a business. definitely not a people person. the staff work on their own time, not being attentive to the public. they should be given an instructional video or something to let them know if somebody is standing in front of them, they need to address the patron. if 2 staff are having their own conversation, when somebody with money is trying to buy something, thats a fail. its probably the best job in the world for a younger person cause you can just goof off all day and not be reprimanded. ive been 3 times and have always been disappointed. sucks for a place that people actually want to go to.
