Year after yr we keep coming back to Jerrams ... in our book they r # 1, great wines, great hospitality and as close to an old country winery as ur going to get without traveling abroad. If u really want to get down to earth with your wine you must come down to their annual grape harvest ... and take home a few bottles of their Noreaster and Aurora to enjoy the feeling again and again ... Big thxs to Jim, Maureen and the rest of the Jerram clan for keeping the old country flavor going here in CT!!

Beautiful setting but not as appealing as other places we have visited on the CT wine trail. Wines were OK but mostly not to our liking. We did fine the NorEaster and one other that we did like enough to take a bottle home. To be honest the owner does not seem to have his heart in the job. Even half joked about being willing to sell the whole place. If your are in the area you can give it a go but dont make a special trip for this one.

After spending the day wine tasting at different wineries, this was not on our top ten list. The wife and I came here and were just underwhelmed. A lot of their wines werent to our tastes, but we did leave with a bottle of NorEaster. The prices are reasonable, and we also got to keep our tasting glasses, but I was hoping for more. Maybe if they had some crackers for palate cleansing between tastes...

Very quaint place, more mom & popish, but we loved it for that very reason because it was very relaxing. My wife and I enjoyed the wines. I recommend a stop.
