I have been here 4-5 times over the last few years for hockey. They upgraded the scoreboard and it had better graphics and clarity than the Nassau Coliseum. The place I believe hold 10,000 but I have never been there where it is even half full. I have always gotten package tickets with a ferry ticket which is very easy to get to. Get off ferry, walk on walkway under 95 and Amtrak and then hook a left towards arena. Food choices arent bad although for a minor league arena were a bit expensive. When I have gone to the LI Ducks minor league baseball prices are much lower. Bathrooms were plentiful. My complaint was the legroom. I am 6 3". Luckily because the game wasnt sold out I moved from my seat up 2 rows above the people I was with. I had a group of 14 so we took 7 and 7 in consecutive rows. By the next period someone else came up to stretch their legs. For a newer building it would be nice to have 3-4" more inches. I cant imagine sitting there for 2-3 hours for a sold out show. Even sitting with no one next to me on either side my knee started to stiffen and I found myself needing to stand during breaks.

this is usually my favorite place to go to when events come to town. recently i went to one and during the event i realized i lost a VERY expensive item. thinking that nothing could be done till the end of the event, i patiently waited. at the end i walk up to what seems like someone of authority at the arena and i tell them my situation, instead of calling security or checking if anyone found it, he just laughed and told me to get out. disappointed i asked another employee, again made no effort and just told me not to bother because it was gone then pointed me to the exit. im so sad and hurt that no one made an atemp to help me. the item i lost meant a lot me, more then anyone could imagine. i went on their website to find someone i can contact and none of the calls are answered, they dont even have a lost and found number which im sure is pretty important since im sure these things happen often.. so disappointed, don t think i wanna go back with the type of people that work there

Ive been to many conventions centers and arenas for rock concerts in ny,nj,Pa and there has always been signs to show people coming from the train station where to go but thats not the case for here. Now i never had a problem with my bicycle keychain that holds my house, car keys till I came here for a comic con and the security lady demanded I get rid of it and after a back and forth with her boss I was finally allowed in. The place is barely a arena it small and factor in the crowds there for the con It made new york comic look like a wide open field with enough space to spin around. I am never going here again

Parking was too expensive. $20.00 for one event. Staff was rude & discourteous. I went there for a concert & after a certain time, they closed off the smoking area. But people could still smoke outside of the bar area. Limericks? I think thats the name of the bar. I was told by the security person that only "special" people could smoke there. I dont know what that means! This man, employee / security person does not deserve his job there since he only allows HIS certain favorite people outside to do what they want. Its just really BAD customer service!

Great venue to see a sporting event. Went to see the UCONN Huskies (womens basketball). Every seat had a good view. Recommend that you dont park in the outside venue lot as it is a huge rip off. $20 to park for a basketball game!!! and the lot was full of pot holes and flooded due to a small rain. Police direct you into the lot and there are no signs saying how much parking is until you pull up to the gate and the attendant extorts $20 from you. The Arena should be ashamed of themselves gouging event goers.

The inside is nice and organized. I dont like that you cant keep your striker stroller with you and its just kept in a room unprotected, and anyone can take it. The underground garage is not easy to locate, we had to park in the parking lot across the street. Which isnt a big deal till you have to do it in the rain with an infant. And since its a gravel lot, lots and lots of pebbles in your shoes.

Totally cramped seats with zero legroom! Unless you are 5 feet tall, good luck! Second and more important. The parking situation is HORRIBLE!!!! It took me almost an hour and a half off the exit ramp to park for a Rush concert! I was there and hour early but was still 15 minutes late for the show! My advise would be to use metro north instead of driving. I dont like this venue at all!

Saw KISS for the first time at this arena. Great venue. Acoustics are incredible and almost every seat is a good seat. However, if you are taking the train they wont let you take your back pack inside. You have to leave it in this random corner at the arena. Luckily our seats were near the corner so we could check on our stuff every once in awhile.

A bit run down and needs a lot of dressing up for events. Went here for a WWE event and the corporate box seats were mediocre quality and were terrible for viewing the event. It was good for a party I attended, but it needed to be decorated considerably by outside vendors. Parking garage entryway gets bottl necked easily after an event.

Saw twenty one pilots here in January. Its a medium size venue, maybe half of the concert capacity of Madison square garden. Staff is friendly in redirecting you to the correct area to get to your seats, and the place is overall clean. It has a variety of events like basketball games, hockey games, and concerts.

The R Kelly concert was the worst concert my husband and I ever attended. A singer/performer of that magnitude should not be singing over tracks. Where was the live band? Its not a concert with a DJ and the artist singing over music. The sound quality at the arena was the worst and will not be going back.

KISS concert 9/8/16 was fun. Nice size arena, well maintained indoors and out. Our seats were at the very top, so was very convenient that restrooms are located in the hall of the upper level. Downside was leaving the parking garage. Major delay when you just want to leave and go home.

The location is perfect for easy access to public transportation to and from the arena. But if you wander out a little it gets a little sketchy but all in all its a great place. This is my second time there I attended a Bridgeport sound tigers game and now a concert service inside is good

Visited on Jan.18th,2017. Attended a TwentyOnePiolets concert! It was one the greatest concert experiences ever. The venue is a valuable asset to Bridgeport, CT. and the surrounding area. Plenty of transportation options as well as other places/things to go/do.
