As a new resident in the area, I thought Id swing by and try it out. Upon sitting at the bar, the bartender (and also the manager I learned later) advised me that the kitchen was partially down due to vent-hood issues and only salads & pizzas were available. While not too happy about that, I was really hungry and wanted to order food so I ordered a pizza. After sitting for a long time and seeing pizzas coming out, I asked my bartender how much longer as I was starting to run out of time. She told me it was only minutes away. After a bit, I heard her advising she was still waiting on the pizza and it was the first order shed put in. I then was advised that my food was given away to someone else and they would have to remake it. By this time, it was late and Id been waiting a long time. I elected to leave. I paid my tab and left - calling to speak to the manager as I did. Turns out my bartender was also the manager. She advised me shed comped me a beer to make up for it (never mentioning that - I just assumed that the 3.50 tab was a happy hour special). She apologized for the experience, but I cant get my hour and a half back - and its worth a lot more than the 3.50 beer. With the bar having two issues - first the kitchen being down and then screwing up the order, as a hospitality manager, Id not only apologized, but Id either comped the entire ticket or even better, especially once I knew the client was really unhappy, invited them back to enjoy a meal on the bars tab to demonstrate the bar really can deliver a good experience. Based on this visit, Id advise folks to not visit the place as it is clear they seem to have equipment issues in the kitchen and they certainly do not have their stations numbered so the food deliverers know where food should properly go. And if you have an issue, dont count on the bar making it right.

You ever find a place you wanted to hang out and then when they hand you the tab you are surpirised by how expensive it is to hang out...Mirage Sports Bar. One hour in there and found that it was $3.00 per Coke(even when the rest of the party of 6 was buying under-poured $4.50 shots plus over priced Bud). I have a name for places that cant see the trees through the woods, but as a former bar owner, and successful business owner, nothing like running off the dollars to make pennies. Good luck to Heather, but for my dollar...Fiddlesticks Bar or G.I. Jodis is a far better time and a much better value for your money. Youve been warned people...Mirage is off the list. I may go there for the entertainment every once and awhile, but they will be serving me water or nothing for the experience( and I will tip accordingly)...Heather got me this time but, Ill guaruntee I wont be the chump next time.

I have been there many times understanding that they cater to their pool league and always respected that and take a table that is not one of there better tables during league times and always treat the staff respectfully and tip well every time. I was there tonight and they brought a reserved sign to our table which by the way was one of the better tables which we usually dont get before we were ready to go. This was a non league night and there was unused tables at the time. I felt that they wanted us to leave so that one of these VIP people could have our table. When I told the waitress Kelly that I thought that was wrong that she could of waited to reserve the table until we were ready to go, she didnt want to hear about it then she stuck her tongue out at us on the way out. So if youre not a league player dont expect good service or treatment there.

If I could rate a zero I would but I had to warn the people. The waitresses are beyond rude. Maybe not all of them but enough of them. Went on a Sunday and it was slow, quickly learned why, they had nothing better to do then ID the 10 of us 3 times even though we already had drinks. After the first two times the third came up to us and IDed us and decided one of our IDs wasnt convincing and said they couldnt be there even though he was our designated driver. So they clearly dont promote safety or service. Will never be going back nor will the 20-30 people we know. Good luck to any who attend. And beware. The people who rated this bar well on here are close family and friends, not customers. Biased opinion?I think so... Take it from a customer, spend your hard earned money somewhere else that will work hard for it as well.

It could be a great place to hang out and play games, but our service, food, ambience and drinks were terrible. We sat outside where there were a ton of boxes and garbage.we were asked if they could hold onto our credit card (as if we were going to jump ontop of a table and hop the fence). We ordered a margarita that tasted terrible and nothing like a margarita. We ordered chicken fingers and it was a chicken patty cut up into little strips (i could have bought that at the grocery store). The ketchup bottle wasnt even screwed on properly and it went everywhere, and the service was really slow. It was a waste of money.

Worst service Ive had in a long time anywhere. Didnt get my order of fries to go with my wings, so i asked a second time..they still never came. After 90 minutes of waiting with an almost empty beer pitcher, was finally asked how were doing, meanwhile the guy on our left is asking for 3 different chargers, which he got prompt service. If you want lousy service on gameday, perfect place for you. Dont go to the bar unless the guy is there.

I live close so come here maybe even too often. Service has always been horrible. This could be an awesome place but many changes would need to occur. Flip side food is pretty good and good selection on beers. Theres pool and darts if thats your game. Thought Id give another try...Nope place still sucks. Wish theyd go out of business and a real place take over.

Went to the Mirage last night...I have a receipt for 36.66 (with tip), yet "Frayer Enterprises" charged me 3 times, $39.19, $25, and $25....Why give me a receipt and have me sign for it if youre just going to charge what ever the heck you want to anyway? What right do you have to charge my card erroneously and then, what I do sign for is changed? Shame on you!

Absolutely worst service. Do not have Christina as non/bartender. She has no personable skills and also lacks any knowledge to be a bar tender, let alone anyone behind the bar. It has lots of seating, pool tables, darts, they have poker on a regular basis. They have a decent juke box. They have out for lounging for smoking. They have fire pits to keep you warm, decent amount of space, and you can take your drinks out with you. The place is well maintained. The food is great! They are friendly and work to take good care of you.
