Absolutely terrible bar. The women that work there beg for money like their lives depend on it. The "security guards" walk around with their chests out but wouldnt be ready by themselves. The prices are ridiculous and there is an admission most of the time, even on slow/boring nights. Most of the security guards are discriminatory and the security guards that arent white are just lucky to be there. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be discriminated against or extorted for cash. And if you do go to this garbage club, keep a tight hold on your wallet, dont talk to anyone, especially employees, keep 911 on speed dial, not for guests but for employees. I wish I could detail exactly what happened to me in this garbage club but my post would probably get deleted. I would advise against going to this club unless youre white with a cowboy hat.

Stopped coming here when they had it one sided for the 18 and up side, and didnt play any country music on the 18 and up side. Started coming when it was open to both sides. Wont be returning since it closed off to the countryside, will be telling my friends not to return to this club either. Had to request multiple times for them to play country music and was told that they couldnt play that "kind" of music. Dj was rude defiantly not worth ten dollars to come, Cowboys is 100 times better then copperhead because they at least know how to keep underage kids from drinking and still allow the 20 and under on the country dance floor. Copperhead is not worth it.

1. Floor was so sticky that your shoe was left when walking away. 2. $10 minimum on cards, and you cannot leave your card open. We were told to double fist. 3. Cannot exit without paying reentry fee, even though we had a wristband AND a stamp (stamp gets all over you throughout the night). 4. Drinks were overpriced and weak. 5. Security was ridiculous. Seemed like they were looking for arguments, one older security gentleman seemed like he was on drugs. Preceded to berate a customer, then left him and ran to his own car to do some mystery drug, then sprinted back in like his life depended on it. 6. Bathroom reeked of vomit. 7. Good people watching.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My boyfriend went to Copperhead tonight. For no reason the security guard, Andrew Garcia, handcuffed him and beat him up while he was handcuffed. He has a bloody swollen lip and his whole left side of his face is all cut up and bloody from being pummeled into the ground. He has numerous other cuts and injuries on his legs and thighs and he was wearing pants. His wrists is cut and bleeding from the handcuffs and being pushed around. Copperhead is a horrible establishment and I caution anyone from going there unless you want to be beaten up by security for no good reason.

For one they frisk all guys to get in. Yes TSA does their bouncing, with a metal detector. Apparently, there have been a few stabbings. Enough to have a frisk-er at the door. The music is all over the place. The decorations are numerous. The waitresses and lady bartenders dont wear much clothing and they dance on the bar twice a night. Anytime you mix half naked women, alcohol, and a bunch of "tough"macho type dudes in one place... Theres going to be a lot of violence. If youre into that kind of thing, Id say this is your place.

I go to Copperhead at least once a week and I always have a good time. Lots of two-stepping and line dancing, especially on Thursdays (Ladies night, girls drink free for a couple hours and free admission. Thursdays host all kinds of shenanigans, including Magic Mike night, wet t-shirt contests, and assles chaps contests. Fridays are always great for a variety of dance music. Two floors, tons of fun. The staff is friendly, though there can be workplace drama (and where WONT you find that). Definitely come and give it a shot!

Eh, you can go to PTs if you know youre gonna go home alone anyways. But the girls I saw in this bar were hands down amazing, Im not just talking about the staff, but the girls that hang out here. They play a huge variety of music, the dance floor was packed the whole night. We drank $3 whisky and cokes all night, no special, thats what they always cost. I dont know about racist rednecks, I went with a bunch of guys from my unit and everyone had a good time. We will be going back.

A very well decorated Country bar. There is a variety of crowds, which range from military, retired military, college kids and the list goes on. The drinks are about average in this area, $4 for a domestic beer and goes up from there. The walls are decorated with full bottles of Jack Daniels and it is a very large area. Only complaint is the bartenders. I waited almost 20 min for just a drink while the people right next to me got their drinks right away. Not one of my favorite bars

Just spent 28 dollars on Three shots of Jack and got cussed at by a bartender because she didnt like me telling her the proper way to make my drink after the first attempt was wrong. Wasnt trying to offend but she messed the drink up and Lynchburg Lemonade is a Southern or southeastern drink that a great majority of bartenders in Colorado Springs dont know how to make. Ive lived here for 11 years so I know this. All of the other staff was nice though.

This used to be the Black Angus on Academy, but now is a more upscale country and western bar with a rock bar on one side. If you want a table, be prepared to reserve it a few weeks in advance. Once the patio is open, the bar is standing room only. The service was OK but not fantastic. There is better service elsewhere. The food is good and the drinks are average price. There is also a cover charge after 7 PM.

Is there an option for no stars? Its pretty lame when youre a girl that like country music gets shoved on a side with a tiny dance floor and ghetto music. Halloween was supposed to be a blast lmao copper is a joke. Better off waiting until Im 21 to go back! If yall wanna make it better, you should just let all ages on both sides. Maybe then itll be a great bar but for now its not worth the money!

I had just 1 drink, and was sitting at the bar minding my own business when security came up to me and said they had received "complaints" I had had too much to drink and this was my last warning before I would be asked to leave. Bottom line; if you are over 30 or overweight, they will find some BS reason to make clear you are not welcome. The staff and mgmt could never hack it in Denver

I like that there are dual club types, one is hip hop and the other side is country. On Fridays you can pay $10 ($5 if your military) for a wrist band and red solo cup to drink unlimited drinks until midnight. Plus the $5 cover for everyone. There is alot of rights that break out sometimes, but thats the risk when you have alot of people mixed with alcohol.
