Before arriving to this place we were next door at SWINGERS Bar having some drinks with our friends. Very enjoyable..... Great service, friendly folks, servers and of course great food. We go to this Robusto cigar lounge next door and waitress and including the management staff sees me and 2 of my friends and immidiately asks us to leave? WHY??? I have no idea. They claim that my friend who was sitting down doing absolutey nothing...was drunk and that they Robusto Cigar lounge were going to held accountable for any injuries that might occurr. Doesnt that happen with anyone who is at the venue? Wow!! So i ask to speak to the manager to give us the reason that the waitress wanted us to leave. No legit reason...just that we needed to leave. Anyways i was then given permission to stay....Wow.here is when it gets better...to top it off...at the end of the night 1:30am while i am finishing my last sip of my drink the waitress literally takes my glass of beer away while drinking it? Spilled it all over my shirt. Wow!! I had the worse experience with that place. Waitress are tremendously and rodiculous when it comes to customer service. Waitress....you ladies are just completely ridiculous....NEVER WILL I EVER MAKE IT TO THAT PLACE AGAIN and will share my horrible experience with all social networks such as FB - TWITTER - and many others

I used to frequent this bar a couple years ago when I lived in the Lone Tree area. It used to be a really fun place to be, especially on Sunday nights. There used to be this dj that would play old school hip hop from my era, the bartender ( I forget his name, ( white guy, heavily tattooed) always took the best care of us! My wife and I loved it! However, this is no longer the case anymore, Im saddened to say. I returned back to this bar in hopes of a good time this past weekend. The music was terrible, the service, even WORSE. There were 3 people behind the bar, rather than helping their clientele, were doing shots and totally ignoring everyone else. One bartender in particular ( blonde female) was extremely rude when I finally got her attention to pour myself and wife a drink. Im sorry to say that if this is how it is now, i wil not be returning to this once AWESOME establishment. Go back to the bar I remembered 2 summers ago! Regards - Tino

I went here a while ago for my 18th birthday. The woman helping me was beyond nice and remarkably helpful. Coming from only learning about cigars from family and friends and the vast knowledge on the Internet, I was decently clueless. She taught me how to start a cigar properly and made the experience wonderful. Now, much time later, I visit frequently and am slowly learning more and more from each visit. The prices are no where near ridiculous for cigars in comparison the other stores or the web, and the selection is vast. Janette has been especially helpful in dealing with purchases. Overall, I highly recommend the cigar side and even if you have to wait a while for a cigar, its worth it because the time you wait, is being spent explaining and helping another cigar lover choose a great cigar and or teach someone something new.

The Robusto Room is a great place to hang out and enjoy good drink and a good smoke. Cigar and cigarette smoking is now allowed throughout the bar, lounge, and cigar shop. Not a place I would recommend to people who cant enjoy a smoky environment, but definitely the best place in town for those who do. The bar & lounge has a great atmosphere, very casual with an eclectic mix of patrons and regulars. Drink prices are reasonable with a good selection of premium liquors and wines, even a couple of good draft beers. No real food to speak of, chips & salsa or cheese & crackers are about it; although regulars have been know to order delivery from nearby restaurants. DJs most nights, can be on the loudish side after 10pm or so. Also a great place to chill out early in the day or to watch sports with a cigar and drink. Enjoy!

LoDo meets Suburbia at its best! Ive always loved hanging out at the Robusto Room because while its definitely classier, swankier and a cut above the average bar I also love that theres never a cover, the staff is super friendly and remember regulars by their first names, the beer is extra chilled (just the way I like it) and they have a great selection of mixed drinks with plenty of specials, the house DJs and guest DJs really mix it up and keep the place lively, and besides the regulars, the patrons are always a diverse mix. Also love the new glass garage door that they open in the summer time and sitting outside on the patio w/ the tiki lights burning. Still my favorite cigar lounge/bar in CO for a drink and a cigar. Keep up the good work Robusto Room!

I became a regular for its upscale atmposhere. The waitresses are beautiful and very friendly and outgoing! It has a New York style atmosphere, low contemporary lighting that Ive come to love. People are great, it is away from the downtown mess and has mall size parking. First wednesday of the month is my favorite night. Live jazz concert makes your week. I enjoy their awsome extensive selection of cigars with my usual Blue Moon beer and their new upgraded ventilation system removes most of the smoke out. In the summer, they open up their garage style door to their patio and makes a great summer patio to hang out! So if the downtown scene bores you....this is the place to be then!

The service is awful!!! We went there for date night. No one was manning their cigar store. My husband waited forever to try to buy 2 cigars. Meanwhile, I ordered a $20 drink and the waitress came back to our table and asked me if I had cash to pay for the drink because their system was "down". She wasnt sure when it would be back up. How janky!!! If Im paying $20 per drink I need a little more respect than that! And to top it off, the dude that was supposed to be manning the cigar store was "partying" with his friends in the bar. The owner must be an idiot because his employees are totally taking advantage.

I became a "regular", for the first time anywhere. Because the Atomsphere and people are so enjoyable. Nearly ever night Youll find great conversations on a host of topics, in the lounge between the Cigar Shop and the bar. Great chairs for kickin back. Drink prices are VERY reasonable, with a good Scotch selection at a great value. The guys in the Cigar Shop are knowledgable and freely provide excellent advice based on your preferences, not theirs. They have regular events with the manufacturers. Monday - Karaoke even has a few regulars with talent. Wednesday - Bingo Thursday - Crappy Karoke

This unique cigar lounge offers flavor, class and style without the snobby, elitist attitude like most places downtown. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Robusto Room showcases some of the best DJs the Denver/Metro area has to offer. There is also plenty to do there during the week such as a very intimate Karaoke setting on Monday nights and Texas Hold em Poker Thursday nights. Great drinks, attractive & friendly staff. Conveniently located close to Park Meadows Mall and Meadows 12 movie theater so you can grab a drink before and/or after a show.
