I had a horrible experiance here. the service was terrible due to this pink banged witch named nayome. at 1st it seemed ok. it was halloween weekend and i wanted to go to the church night club because i always have a fabulouse time when i go but you could see the line was very long, so my sister said she had been to this club it was (city hall) she thought it was vinyl but it was anything but because there was no line i was sceptical but i trusted her. so i payed for her and i plus her boyfriend to get in costing me 75 for all 3 of us. yikes. then their was like nobody in their at 11:30 i tryed sticking around for arond 15 minutes knowing i had made a terrible mistake. the music was so repetive i wasnt sure if they even played a diffrent song that whole 15 minutes. so i got upest at my sister knowing we could have gone to the church and gottin in by then even waiting in that long line. so i went and asked the witch if i could please have a refund because the club was a drag and we handnt even been their that long. she turned from being sweet to a compleat biych. she refused my money back saying i had been their longer then an hour tho i had my recite that proved other wise. i got upset that she refused to look at my recite and told my sister lets just go to the church. she got extreamly rude and yelled at the bouncer to " get these b*%ches out of here" the bounce was nice tho but i was extreamly upset that a person in costomer survice would treat people like that being that i am in hotel costomer survice. shame on this place. go to the church anywhere is better then here

This is a decent dance lounge but the drinks are tiny and vastly overpriced and the bartenders are disrespectful. When I was surprised I was asked to pay $18 for a double in a dinky 8 oz plastic cup, I asked politely for a different drink and a quick refund on my card and even suggested a single and the bartender was rude and I had to embarrass myself asking for management and all the sudden theyre treating me like Im drunk when I literally am just wanting a different drink because for god sakes gentlemen this isnt Las Vegas this is a tiny upstairs dance lounge what can you possibly offer a room full of 80 people to justify charging $18 for a tea light candle holder with more coke than whiskey in it. Oh yeah and while we were disputing, with my drink still on the counter, the bartender poured it out in front of me and cut me off starting a conversation with the next customer. Just drink at home, dont even waste your money here. A one-star review and one paragraph later, all over $9. Seriously. Update: also these recent 5-star reviews are fake.

Worst venue in Denver! Ive been to EVERY VENUE IN THIS CITY!! IVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW ON ONE UNTIL TODAY! Went to Public Enemy last night. The first thing I noticed was the staff was lost and unorganized! They are to cheap to pay female security, so they dont frisk ladies! If u want to get a gun knife bomb watever u want just GIVE it to ur lady!! Next we FINALLY GOT IN! The first thing I smelled was weed! The lame act (100 SHOTS LOL) on stage rapped about weed the girls had on weed outfits! They had a weed leaf Mascotte! ILL REPEAT WHOLE PLACE SMELLED LIKE WEED!! We lit a joint on the floor and got kicked out!! WTF!! You know ur in Denver right?? Or do I gotta be VIP TO SMOKE?? Then we took off our hoodies and got right back n! ROFL! Security Sucks unprofessional lost staff GET A CLUE ILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! Drinks are 10 bucks for a 6 Oz plastic cup ROFL!! WORST VENUE IN DENVER ROFL! I wont even mention the wack ass sound in that place! Dont know own if its the system our the layout but the sound SUCKS!!

This is less a music venue and more an oversized garden shed. The interior is 2 wide-open stories of brick and steel, not a good combination for acoustics. In fact, even standing 30 feet from the stage, the overwhelming reverb/echo/noise behind me was louder than the music in front of me. I spent $15 on a ticket, but couldnt make it 10 minutes into the first act before I just couldnt stand it anymore. The speaker system LOOKED like it was high quality. Unfortunately, everything sounds like crap when you put it in a giant echo chamber. If its uselessness as a music venue werent bad enough, the bar area looked more like a friends apartment after a party. There were a few scattered half-empty bottles of booze and no real bartender service. Unprofessional, disorganized, just a complete mess.

For any sort of music avoid this place, while its a cool layout the air in there dosent move. Its muggy and the lack of talent cannot be overshadowed by sheer volume. The doors opened 2 hours late as what was posted on my ticket and I even gave up waiting to see one of my all time favorite bands because they would not come on for hours more. The staff was nice but still didnt get in anywhere near on time. This place could be the bomb but I dont plan on going back unless there is an "under new ownership" sign over the entrance.

If youre an event planner I can just save you the trouble of checking out this venue. There is no air conditioning or proper ventilation at all. I attended an event in July and it was literally 90 degrees on the bottom floor and the the third floor was unbareable. I litetally felt ill and dehydrated by the time I left. The drinks were very small and expensive. And the bathrooms are as bad as any cheap bar. Its generally a poorly renovated old building with little appeal.

Came in on Amtrak. Cool little town but tough to get around without vehicle. No Uber and only one taxi service. Taxi was literally double the cost of what Uber would have been if not more. Having Uber availability when you are in town for such a short period of time is high on many peoples priority list. Makes you wonder if there are crooked politics keeping Uber out.

Worst experience at a venue Ive had in Colorado. Freezing cold on NYE, and they had us all waiting outside for more than an hour. One person checking tickets for the whole event. Unfriendly employees and security, thanks to the horrible ticket system. Expensive drinks. Huge fail. Horrible experience.

I went here for a waffles and art show and was blown away by the layout and of course the art. That particular night it was packed and the line for waffles so too long for waiting. Ill be curious what other events happen here.

The venue is really cool. I was there for the 420 on the block event, and everything was really chill. They had two different groups playing on either side of an adjoining wall with no sound bleed.

The place is huge and can be set up really cool if done right. If done wrong its going to be lame. The sound in the main room is terrible. The place could be great if they made the sound better.
