Friendly staff, and the course is marshalled, which helps pace of play. I played during the week, and it was not crowded at all. The course is very walkable, with no steep inclines of any sort, and very short distances from green to the next tee. Played in July, so whatever wasnt watered was brown and hard, but the tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Greens were hard and fast, so you were better off landing it short and having it roll on. An approach landing on the green would skip off the back. Greens are challenging, but not over-the-top, with slopes and undulations. Heartily recommend this course.

A Private User

The course is in great condition for this time of the year. Compared to other courses in the area like Springs Ranch, Peterson AFB Silver Spruce is much better, and cheaper. Even though it might be a "private" course, there are many that have access to the course.
