I dined and danced at the Caribou Club as a guest of a member a few times. Loved it so much I joined. When I joined I found out they also cater and I use them exclusively when I entertain in Aspen. Believe it or not they compete nicely in price with other caterers in town and their service, expertise and flexibility is unsurpassed! I highly recommend the Caribou Club and Caribou Catering!

Although this is a private club, if you are staying at Hotel Jerome, Little Nell or the St Regis ask your concierge as they can sometimes get you in as a guest. The food here has always been excellent, especially the Colorado Rack of Lamb. I always plan at least one dinner here.
