Sparks Ranch Resort is not your typical wedding venue ~ it is a magical experience! Valerie, the proprietor, is just incredible! She is welcoming, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to help you make the most out of your wedding. She and her team are professional and accommodating to whatever your needs may be. Unlike many wedding venues where youre pretty much on your own once youve signed the contract, Valerie is always within reach and ready to do whatever it takes to bring you peace of mind and make sure everything is running smoothly. Sparks Ranch Resort is a sprawling, several acre oasis where you can have the wedding of your dreams! With beautifully manicured lawns, lush foliage, trees surrounding the property, and wide open spaces for your party, this is the perfect place to get away from it all and focus on your love with your family and friends. While within reach of grocery stores, gas stations and recreation, it is secluded enough where you will feel as though you are in a far away land; majestic and enchanting! I am a wedding photographer that recently shot a wedding at Sparks Ranch Resort and I have never felt more welcome or been treated with such kindness. And I have shot at several venues throughout California!! Valerie welcomed me in with open arms as if I were family and made sure I knew that she would be there to help me with anything I might need. She gave me a tour of the property and introduced me to other members of her team. When you hear the phrase, my house is your house, this is exactly how Valerie makes you feel! If you are looking for an extraordinary wedding venue, look no further than Sparks Ranch Resort! With Valeries hospitality, helpful and knowledgeable team, all-inclusive packages that beat out and are far superior to others, you will have all of your needs met and then some!

THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO stars! NEVER book your wedding here if you want to have a smoothly run, beautiful wedding. It is a very EXPENSIVE venue for the little value you get. There are many other places! I agree with other reviewers about the woman that runs this resort! While this place looks nice, that is where it ends. The couple was told there would be a professional wedding coordinator to assist in the planning of the wedding and on the day of the event. The so-called coordinator was not involved at all during the rehearsal and it got even worse the day of the wedding. None of the prearranged tables were set up or ready to be decorated. About 2 hours before the wedding, the couples family had to scramble to set up the tables and get everything ready. There was no one to direct guests when they arrived, coordinate the gifts or perform any other "professional" duties. Also, she required ALL the money upfront a month before the wedding, so there is no recourse to negotiate if the services are not performed to the liking of the wedding couple. The walkway to the chairs was precarious, polished unstable stones that the bride and several guests slipped on when she was walking to the ceremony. The cars were parked where they were in the background of every picture. She came out when the champagne was being served in a pair of leggings and a tank top, not even a nice pair of pants for a formal wedding. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I had an awesome time at this venue. My wedding was beautiful. Having the venue for the entire weekend was great. We all had so much fun in the pool and of course the spa. All our groomsmen and bridesmaids had fun in the spa and pool table. We love the AC in the guesthouse for getting ready on the hot day. It was cool and comfy to get ready. All of our guests loved the venue and had nothing but compliments about the place. It is a beautiful place that I just added my own personal touch and style to, to get the best look for my wedding day. The staff was very helpful and helped us all weekend. Any question or concern we had they answered right away. I had the wedding of my dreams. This venue made it all possible. Thank you Valerie!

I had the most amazing wedding. As a bride, it felt like a fairy tale wedding. It was the most beautiful, spiritual event I have ever experienced. God was so present here, and this venue blesses marriages. I can across this venue by the grace of God. Valerie was such a delight, and catered to me like no other. She kept me at peace, and just poured her love out. Thank you so much Sparks Ranch Resort (Valerie) for making our wedding the most wonderful experience ever. God bless this resort!

Perfect Wedding. Perfect Venue. Nothing but perfect! Sparks Ranch Resort is a wonderful place to gather your loved ones together for such an important moment. We loved the house and honeymoon suite. No one had anything to say except wonderful compliments. This was a day Gin and Shaun will cherish forever. What a great way to start your life together. Lots of love to Val!!!!

We were in the swim/spa (12 of our best friends!), until 4 am), reminiscing about all the experiences we shared! We even had our oldies music as a backdrop! Who would have thought!! We are so happy that we found Your place, thank you for sharing your paradise Valerie!!
