Had a very awful experience here. My wedding was in July 2017. The day before my big day we had gone to set up it was extremely hot. Half of the building electricity didnt work. I had to wait several hours for someone to come fix it. Which means I wasnt able to get many of my decorations done. My reception was out side. The yard was a mess. Nobody had went to clean it up tell the next day of my wedding after having to make several phone calls. The day of my wedding I had a band that was practicing from 9am-1pm for sound check. There was a lady there that had a business. She swore that it was shaking her walls and windows. She threatened to shout down my wedding. Also threatened to shut off the breaker. Mind you I had rented the side room also. She came and made a big scene. I wasnt able to enjoy the time I had while getting ready or with my family. The next day to cleaning up. We had to mop the hall 4-5 times. Clean the kitchen 4 times. Vacuum my dressing room 4 times. Me and my family were on our knees scrubbing. The lady was never satisfied. She had told us that the building was still a mess. That how was she going to rent it out to other people. She had also claimed my party had broken a window up stairs. She had said they had cameras in the building. So I had told her to let me see. Than later she comes down to say she didnt know who it was. So my experience here was awful I dont recommend this building to anybody. Dont be surprised if you dont get your deposit back ($500). Ive asked plenty of people if theyve recieved there deposit the answer was no. As a daughter of business owners your supposed to make your quests happy & feel welcomed. The le chateau didnt make it happen.

My Non-for profit group uses this event hall for our Christmas dance every year! It is a pleasure renting from Wilson Real Estate as they are local and you can actually talk to the owner or manger, or pop down and see them. Their rates are very reasonable and the building is one of the few vintage buildings in Yakima that is available to rent. I wish more classic buildings were available to rent downtown! I would recommend Le Chateau to anyone who is looking for a classic 1920s style building to have their event in.

This historic building is located right in the heart of downtown Yakima and is a great place to hold an event. Our annual office Christmas parties are held there and we always have a great time! There is a kitchen on site and plenty of room for a large crowd! I recommend!

Its a great place to go swing dancing. Theres dancing every Wednesday at 8 for only 5 bucks. Its got great floor space learning and practicing and the ambiance is really fun. Its a neat old building.

Such a wonderful space! The ambience is incredible with the brick walls and details. The dance floor was excellent and the stage lighting was great. I cant wait to attend another function here!

I came here for a Christmas party and I can honestly say it was one of the nicest buildings I have ever been to in Yakima! Very high ceilings, decorated very nicely, it seemed very big and open.

We rented this space for my fathers 50th birthday and it was perfect!I The building is very beautiful and well kept. I wish i could live there! Definitively one of Yakimas Gems.

This is a very unique place to have an event. the building is from the early 1900s and the ballroom is large with brickwalls. the court yard is bricked also and very nice.

It has classic charm like that of Memphis s Peabody Hotel or The Baroness in Seattle. I could not possibly the imagine why this place is not booked back to back everyday.
