This place doesnt know how to handle a crowd. I waited in line for two hours to have the doors shut in our faces because a crowd of people rushed into another door. The security is amateur, the venue is smelly, the logistics are sub par. I wish there was something good about this place to report, but there really is nothing. I missed the artist I came to see because of their incompetence.

Was my familys first time to the SJSU and it was nice to have a place to park. It was under construction at the time so it there was alot of detours. The event center was very nice I very large. The cheerleaders were very motivating and really engaging the crowd. The kids had alot of fun.

I would rate it 5 stars but the parking is a bit wonky. There is only one path up and down. If youre on the 5th floor plan on waiting 45-60 minutes before youre going to get out.

It is a okay venue for concerts. Its not big so usually you get to pay less and sit closer. However its not big so dont expect a fancy stage or a cool lighting design.

Great venue for concerts! Wish they sold hard liquor, but they only have beer for most events. Still nice. A++ cause its on campus!

Super strict bag rules.couldnt bring in my small mini backpack. But my friend was allowed to bring in her drawstring backpack

This event center is pretty big. However, the seats are not very comfortable and the sound system is not that great either.
