Ive stayed at this hotel a few times now and the consistency of outstanding service amazes me. Not just from the standpoint of a guest but as someone who has worked in the industry for years. How they get every single employee on the property on the same page in terms of providing top notch service is just remarkable. We had a minor issue with our mini bar not cooling the drinks in it and even that was turned into an opportunity to provide mind blowing service. The rooms are tastefully appointed and very comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice with a large tub, double sinks and a separate shower. The fitness center is great and the pool/hot-tub area is nice although a tad crowded with chairs and cabanas. The property is immaculately maintained inside and out but it is the incredible staff and the service that they provide that really makes for a wonderful stay.

My family used to get a room and use the Four Seasons as our go-to Staycation venue. We would swim all day, eat dinner at Quattro, hit the pool again the next day, and go home feeling happy and refreshed. Great hotel, restaurant, and pool service. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are nice. We had a room booked recently and when I got the email confirmation, I read more closely and saw that the pool is now not open to kids under the age of 16 after 3pm. At this time it becomes an oasis for adults only. Kids are not even allowed in the vicinity. I assume the hotel put a lot of thought into this, but we are very disappointed that our go-to venue has become very family unfriendly. We cancelled our last reservation and wont be going back to either the hotel or restaurant. It was great while it lasted.

Pros: They always put me in the same room because I told them I liked it. They are extremely nice and accommodating without being obsequious. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and I believe they use salt instead of chlorine. The rooms are extremely nice with their use of glass, marble, and sliding doors for privacy. They have HD flat panel TVs with a DVD player. The alarm is a Bose with an iPod connection. Cons: The restaurant/bar is very expensive. Room service food I had was very good, but 2x more expensive than a fine restaurant. The 2 wines I had were not memorable and were $36 for the 2. The espresso drink I had was lukewarm and $6 (I think). They charge for internet service and self-parking (should be free).

As a business hotel, this is a great one. I have stayed here a number of times and received varying room rates. $300 to $700 depending on how busy they are that day. Full Suites were $1000+. Ive also been involved in corporate meetings and functions here that are first class. Suites are very nice. Regular rooms are just what you need. Great hotel for business trip and business meeting. Not very scenic as its by a highway and only from top floors can you see any water. I would stay here anytime for business in this area. Great hotel and Four Seasons service. I recall room service being excellent also. Location is convenient. My high roller colleagues were very pleased with this hotel.

I travel a lot and this is by far the best non-resort hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. And my room, which was a standard $295 room, was the best room I ever stayed in for under $1,500 per night. Finally, the bathtub was the most comfortable and well designed bathtub I have ever used. The staff was super-friendly and knowledgeable and provided efficient service with personal touch. Service and amenities were the best I have ever experienced within the United States and they were on par with the best I experienced: a resort in Cancun. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Its a true gem.

Spent an absolutely wonderful night in a junior suite with my 15 year old son here I. November 2015. Enjoyed a perfect dinner in the restaurant lounge area and got a great nights rest in the spacious room. My son was very happy about having his own TV in the separated living space. This Four Seasons location is talked about as a "business" hotel often - - I would be keen to check out the pool deck and amazing restaurant before pegging it as a "business only" hotel. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was very nice with a large bathroom, bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight negative was that being next to the highway, you cant open the window, but apart from that, its great. Bar and food were both great. Parking costs $12 which seems a little bit unreasonable as they have a huge parking lot (but this is only really a minor complaint). Overall a very comfortable place to stay if youre in Silicon Valley.

Beautiful rooms and superb service. Ive stayed here three times and it is one of the better hotels Ive stayed in recently. The location leaves a bit to be desired (not much nearby within walking distance, if youre so inclined). After meetings, head to the pool to chill out and have a drink and a snack. Its worth noting that the corporate rates are very reasonable. The food in the restaurant was very good, but if youre there for a long-stay it lacks variety.

The hotel is nowhere 5 star hotel experience and not four seasons level experience. More of "inn" stay for three times the price. Most rooms view on the highway and noisy. Furniture and equipment are super outdated. Gym is small and crowded. Spa services are twice expensive without a reason. Staff unfriendly. When asked to switch room said have no availability and offered to pay additional sum to the price of 450$ for upgrade. Stay away.

Absolutely above and beyond! I have stayed at a couple of 4 seasons and Ritz Carltons, and this location is definitely the best property I have had the pleasure to enjoy. Very personalized service, all the amenities you could hope for, and Dina even took the extra care to write a Birthday Card for my daughter, who celebrated her 18th birthday. This was my 2nd stay here, and I can honestly say it is my favorite hotel, hands down.

Warm and welcoming, this is a surprising respite smack dab in the middle of Silicon Valley. Although perched over busy hwy 101, our room was as quiet as our country home (minus birds). We celebrated a teenagers birthday in our room where a custom pink frosted cake adorned with real roses and 16 pink and white balloons waited for us as planned. Weekend rates are affordable and outstanding service makes it worth every penny.

Pleasant business hotel. Pros: superior service and amenities, excellent beds/bath/quiet, outdoor pool (though on the small side), good bar and restaurant for a hotel, convenient to 101 and Palo Alto. Cons: can be pricy depending on time of year; view is poor; parking is expensive, longer walk to town than other Palo Alto options; lots of group bookings/busses loading out front/surges at the front desk if you get unlucky.

Pure businessmans hotel. Nicely appointed. Food is okay, not great, and highly priced. Gym is okay but could use a renovation soon, pool area is nice but pool is small and has no lane markers so is not ideal for lap swimming. No balcony and windows dont open which is a pity given the nice weather around here. Staff is nice to the point of being ridiculous, and would probably kiss your backside if you asked them to, haha.
