Your parking people are horrible! The most rude people I have ever dealt with. Had a very rude kid, ( yes a kid cause he had no respect ) who looked like a teenager yell at me while I was trying to figure out parking. Brought my disabled son to his first Giants game and the parking staff was horrible in helping facilitate people like me with a disabled child. This very rude kid yelled at me saying while I was trying to locate parking for the disabled " what are you doing?" When I tried to talk to him he threw his hand up next to his ear and yelled " i cant hear you " and began to shake his head at me . Not only did I have the handicap placard in my window he actually was expecting me to come over to him while he stood there yelling at me .When I was forced to pull my car up to him to have an adult conversation ( which clearly I was the only one playing the adult role) he gave me the most aggressive stare but quickly calmed his tone when he saw I was with 2 men ( including my husband). Then he began to talk softly and calm his aggressive stare at me. It was scary and innaprppriate behavior towards a woman and the disabled. Be prepared to deal with rude parking staff who have no customer service skills with threatening behaviors. Not, my ideal first Giants game experience.

AT&T Park is amazing. Very nice view of McCovey cove. If you go to a night game, beautiful sunset. Traffic isnt always that bad. The MUNI goes right in front of it. If you drive, I suggest that you park near dogpatch and take the train. You can take the T or N line. Great hot dogs. The staff is so nice. If you early, you can get a baseball during batting practice. When a ball is hit to the outfield, sometimes players give the baseballs to you. I got a baseball by standing in the right place, and going early the baseball was from Sergio Romo. If you get seats at Levis landing, there is a great view of the field. There is a coke slide that you can slide down. Of you have a baby, there is a tiny field which has s never crowded, and they can hit whiffle balls with a whiffle bat. There is also a Legolas Buster Posey and Madison Bumgarner. Always exiting baseball games no matter who the Giants are playing. The staff is no helpful. Get there before first pitch, because there is a funny safety video on the Jumbotron. You get to have a lot of fun. It is so awesome. Hope this was helpful to you. Sorry it was very long. Go Giants!!!!!!! ⚾️⚾️⚾️

We received great customer service from Casey on 6/14. When we bought our tickets to the 6/14 Rockies v. Giants game back in January, we didnt realize that the seats wouldnt have backs to them (it was in section B140). My wife, who is now 8.5 months pregnant, was having a really hard time sitting in the bleachers because it didnt have back support. Casey was able to help us out by exchanging tickets for us that had backs and that were in the shade (VR318) to help accommodate my wife, even though the tickets were purchased through a 3rd party vendor. Casey was very friendly, gracious, empathetic and understanding. My wife and I had a great time at the game, and we were reminded of what real customer service looked like: an organization understanding that helping a customer in need without regard for profit is far more powerful in the long run than simply selling tickets. It was my wifes first time at AT&T Park and it was a great experience! We look forward to coming back with friends, and since the environment was so family friendly, next time we will be bringing our new baby. Thank you Casey and thank you Giants!

I love baseball! This has to be one of the prettiest parks Ive ever been to...and Ive been to four. The view of the water is beautiful and there really isnt too many bad seats in the house. (The bad seats are section 334-336...they are behind the left field foul pole and views of the scoreboard are difficult.) Also, always bring layers to wear and a blanket for your lap for night games...even in the summer time! The breeze from the water can make it quite cold in the park. I also love food at baseball parks! There is a local restaurant called Tres Agaves that has a stand over by section 314-15. There nachos are AMAZING! Some of the best nachos Ive found, so far, in the city. They also serve bacon wrapped hot dogs...I know right!?! There is another food pavilion behind the scoreboard in the outfield that has an array of delicious eats like clam chowder bread bowls and crab sandwiches. You can get youre regular ball park fair as well and the famous garlic fries, but if you want to treat youre taste buds to an experience as unique as this ballpark then I recommend the nachos! Beer and margarita stands are located nearby!

We come here for the occasional Giants game. Were not hardcore fans with the best seats, so usually were somewhere up by the nose-bleeders. But we still have a great time and youre actually grateful for the shade on a hot day. For night games, it can get super cold so bring a blanket and jacket. The food here is pretty expensive, I recommend walking around before buying because the selection is big. You can get a crab salad or sandwich, hotdog, brisket (BBQ), pizza or fried chicken. Theres lots of beer stands and other drinks available also. If you come here for a concert, be aware that the food/beer stands are also open. Worst part is when youre trying to enjoy a concert to have drunk people get in and out of there seats to get more beer, thus distracting from enjoying the concert. The people who monitor/guide people to their seats wont do anything about disruptive crowds forming because they got bad seats and they hang around your area sloshing beer all over the place. At least after 10 minutes someone told the guy smoking pot to put it out. So great for games, not so much for concerts.

Ok, lets be honest. Im one fan. Please read this to the end. Ive been to 10 ballparks, Fenway, Wrigley, O.Co Coliseum, Rogers Centre, Target Field, Yankee Stadium, Busch Stadium, Turner Field, Dodgers Stadium and AT&T Park. The food was phenomenal at all the parks except one.....AT&T Park. I disliked it because the classic way of eating at a ballpark is eating a HOTDOG! The food there is ok, but it is trying to hard to be fancy. I had their hotdog and it immediately started to make me feel ill. Most of the fans at this ballpark arent so open to making friends, being respectful and being polite of your own baseball team interest. Getting to this ballpark is a nightmare of traffic. There are a lot of Giants fans coming to games, and believe me, wait your turn to tell a story because they can only talk about their 3 championships in the past five years. They have every right to be proud, but it gets boring. At the end of the day I recommend going to O.Co Coliseum (As Stadium), which is right across the bay, to see a baseball game. All respect to Giants fans, but personally I did not enjoy this ballpark.
