I am writing to both thank you and your crew, as well as express how impressed my husband and I are at the extremely high level of quality and service you provided for our wedding reception. From beginning to end, everyone at Ranch Events was courteous, helpful, and thoroughly professional. I recall that the first time I went to your offices for a consultation; we were seated in an elegant, comfortable setting, were offered water and coffee, and, completely unprompted, were served sample slices of some of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted. From the very beginning, your team was proactive and gracious. Throughout the process, your sales team, were very helpful, and supplied us with all the information we needed in a timely manner. During the taste testing, you not only gave us good advice about the myriad of food we were selecting from (every bite of which was delicious, by the way), but you also helped us plan out the timeline of the reception itself. And, once again, your wait staff served us efficiently and graciously. On the day of the event, however, is when Ranch Events displayed is true professionalism. The wedding ceremony proceeded faster than we had anticipated, and, therefore, we were running early for the rest of the day. Though this must have put a strain on the crew, none of the guests were remotely aware of it. Without complaint, the chefs had every course of food prepared, and the wait staff served the guests with a smile. When the toasts came up, glasses and champagne were quickly distributed, and utensils and a plate were delivered to my husband and I when we went up for the cake cutting. When the event was over, the staff wrapped up the surplus food for us and our parents, which we continued to share and enjoy for the rest of the week. Also, I would like to mention how appreciative Brian and I are for the special attention the serving staff gave to us in particular. They made sure that everything was to our satisfaction, and brought all our food and drinks to us. Not only was this very thoughtful, but it eased our burden, and left us free to be good hosts to our guests. All of the services Ranch Events provided were superb, from the extra tables and elegant chairs, to the fine linens and tableware, to the customer service, and especially to the food! I cannot tell you how many compliments we continue to receive about the cuisine. Every course and every beverage was superb. Our compliments to the chefs! Here, I do have to make a special note of the cake. We selected your signature champagne cake for all three layers of our wedding cake, and it was loved by all. Now, Im a person who knows her desserts, and I must say that that is the best cake I have ever tasted. Brian and I are going to take your suggestion, and order a champagne cake from Ranch every year for our anniversary. On a final note, Brian and I were fortunate enough to meet the owner of your company as we left our reception. We were able to thank him personally, and give a glowing review of your quality and service. It was nice to be able to offer our appreciation to someone who has built a company that strives for and achieves excellence. Once again thank you, for all of your help throughout the process, and please thank Scott Gray and his crew, as well, for their excellent service on the day of the event. Brian and I have already recommended Ranch Events by name to several people, and will continue to do so whenever anyone asks us about catering and events services. You are the best. It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I booked with Ranch quite some time ago, many hiccups and little headaches here and there did not compare to the amazing service by Giovanni the Captain, Galo the awesome Bartender, Herbert, Lisa, and Sunny. My son had his Bar Mitzvah at Ranch Catering November 30th, 2013. W were very, very worried. We were nervious since the people that signed us up were no longer there. They almost cancelled our event, then reconsidered. We even got a call a week before our event by a Syd Geradi and he said they couldnt buy the alcohol which was in our contract for a full open bar, we would have to purchase and they could serve, but they adjusted the price on our contract to accomodate that, which was very nice. Syd was suppose to email us a list of what to buy and he was no where to be found, never emailed us or called us back or anything. We were to have the event on Saturday and he was not to return until Monday, so we spoke to Stacy and she kinda helped us figure it out. Paula was our go to gal, and she gave us her phone number and came the day of to make sure everything was set up exactly how it was suppose to be. I must say that Giovanni, Gio was spectacular, and his bartender the way the alcohol was set up, just beautiful. The Service, food, room, was unbelievably beautiful. I was so pleasantly surprised, we enjoyed tipping everyone at the end of the night. If our guests came in late the staff made sure they had food, and just were not only really nice, but extremely professional. The Cake was amazing, and super cool with my sons face on it. The room was set up elegant, and exquisite . I can not express my appreciation, surprise and happiness how everything turned out. Thank you so much Ranch Catering. The Graham Family

Our experience with Ranch was alright. We were working with Ramon, and after a few tastings, and having been to weddings that we knew were catered by Ranch, we decided to go for it. The food was amazing, and the amount was outstanding. The downsides were that Ramon was double booked or something. He only made it to our venue once and otherwise always cancelled. He was running late on our wedding day, and they arrived without any silverware in what they claimed was our miscommunication. As it was my wedding day, I wasnt too involved in that drama, my husband and father in law took the lead on problem solving. From what I heard, it was very stressful. The other disappointment was that they threw away all of our leftovers! They claimed that they asked us one of our fathers, but they didnt, and they shouldnt have anyway since we were the clients. In the end, however, they agreed it was a mistake and compromised with us, so it was overall an alright experience. The food was good, and all of the guests enjoyed themselves, so that was what really mattered. Speaking to others, Ive heard the same, that its hit-or-miss working with Ranch. But for the price it was a good option for us!

Your commitment to the children’s of San Diego County. It is with great pleasure that I’m writing this letter of commendation for the captain of our event. My daughter, Marisa’s wedding was Catered & designed by Ranch Events. The food and service was received by guests and family with many compliments, but it was the manner in which the service was provided by your staff, that drew the greatest reviews. My daughters and indeed our two families were impressed by the professionalism and personal touch & the attention to detail. The captain was facilitative and coordinated the events with easy and skill. Many of our guests were very complementary. In our every day “hustle and bustle” were generally expect quality, service and we are quick to complain when we don’t receive it. We often forget that a job well done should not be overlooked. Thank you to all the staff who contributed greatly to success of the wedding and ceremonies that followed. Our family is grateful.
