The venue is big and beautiful its next to a park which is nice. But the problem with this venue is everything is unorganized some of the staff are nice and know what there doing others are confused as it is and dont know what to do. Its my 2nd time coming to this venue and so far nothing has changed. I went to see Iron Maiden here and whoever was encharged of the sound system was unprofessional and seems clue less about there job. I felt bad for Kamelot because they immediately got a bad rep from the crowd due to bad sound quality which wasnt the bands fault! And the rest of the day I had a horrible headache due to the high pit sounds of the speaker system. And if your going to come to this venue I suggest you have a crapload of money or stash food or something because due to how expensive everything is here $6 for a bottle of water and $15 for food which wasnt worth spending for plus beer was $12 or $25 each. The parking here is much worst than the venue getting in and out was horrible! Theres 2 parking offers one general one vip and vip was $20 just because it was closer to the venue but getting out was the same speed as any hellhole place but much worst. It took us 1 hour and 30 min to get out of the venues parking it was ridicculous because there was one way out. Lastly there was hardly any cellphone reception it was a deadzone there. If any event would occur there wouldnt be in time to call for help.

Ozzfest meets Knotfest was my first experience with this venue, and it left a very bad impression. Parking was an absolute nightmare: we spent nearly four hours trying to get out of the venue on Saturday; most of that time was spent just trying to exit the parking lot. There was no staff in the lot coordinating traffic, which meant that it was every person for themselves. The lines for food/drinks/restrooms were insanely long: people were relieving themselves outside because they just couldnt wait. On Sunday there were fires that got very very close to the propane tanks. People were bringing in tree branches with impunity, the guy working the fire was almost about to call the fire department to shut the show down, he said that it was getting to the point where lives were at risk. Luckily security (FINALLY) stepped in and put a stop to it. Which brings up another issue: it seems like security just sat on their hands the entire time. There were plenty of fights and incidents that seemed to have gone unnoticed or were met with apathy. Management at the venue was horribly under prepared for this event. As a result it was understaffed; and under-served. Or maybe theyre always this incompetent. Ill definitely think twice before ever coming back.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME: DONT GO HERE! I DONT CARE IF SOMEHOW THEY GET ALL FOUR OF THE ORIGINAL BEATLES BACK TOGETHER AND PLAY HERE! STAY AWAY! Went here for the Tool concert this past weekend. Seeing them was great but the rest of my experience there was awful. Its a nice venue but poorly organized. Getting in the theater was a mess. Security check-in took way too long. Could have been done much much easier if they were ORGANIZED. Then once you get in there about 4 or 5 ticket checks to get to your seat. Which you have to do every time you go to get food/drink or go to the bathroom. Apparently they never heard of wristband, stamps or anything that would make things go much smoother. Then there was leaving the parking lot at the end of the night, heres where my yelling resumes: TOOK OVER 2 HOURS JUST TO LEAVE THE PARKING LOT! AND WE PAID EXTRA FOR "V.I.P." PARKING! THIS WAS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING IVE EVER SEEN AT ANY KIND OF EVENT/VENUE! MY CAR NEARLY RAN OUT OF GAS BEFORE WE GOT OUT! AND THE STAFF DOESNT SEEM TO CARE! THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. DONT GO HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT! DESERVES NO STARS!

Worst venue ever. I was just here for the Iron maiden show. They sound guy 100% ruined the first bands sets. Volume on each Instrument was constantly changing. The monitors that usually show the band or the bands visual effects werent working properly and were often sitting on some sort of menu screen. You are allowed to take cigarettes only if they are unopened and sealed. If not, they literally just throw them away without giving you a chance to take them back to the car. If you bring a lighter, they will also throw it away with out permission as well. They told us matches would be provided at guest services, which there was only a few packs left within minutes of the gates being open. Also, there was 25,000 people in attendance with only four places to get food. there was literally nothing good about this venue and I will be driving to the next city or state before coming back to this venue. Huge shout out to Rachel at guest services for being the only competent staff member that I interacted with all night. Still, I refuse to come back.

I would say fair. We went to Oz fest twice, and Mayhem once here. Its a great venue BUT! If they want to be the BEST venue heres what you need to do: 1. Dont let the venders (food or otherwise) jack up their prices. Or give your concert or festival goers the option of bringing in their own food and drink. 2.festivals happen in the summer! Have COLD water available for free. Also it would be nice to have a section fenced off where "misters" are hanging above so ppl can stand under them to cool off. 3. Another water issue! Once your up front for your favorite band your not moving and loosing your spot for nothing! With hundreds of ppl being pushed forward on you it gets really hot and you sweat a lot. Good chance for dehydration!! Spray fire hoses over the crowd. Believe me, we wont care!! You really need more shade all through out the venue, but the above mentioned would be a good start.

Have been to four Mayhem Festivals at this venue. Once you get inside it is all good - my husband and I get to the venue fairly early and eat, drink, party before the main stage bands start up at about 6:00p.m. My biggest compliant is, that for all of us that out in the parking areas (grass, dirt, etc) there are NOT nearly enough porta-pottys out there. You have to hike it quite a ways to get to one and in the heat it is fricking awful! I would suggest that management sets up some of these public bathrooms in each parking area, at least 3 to accommodate the attendees who tailgate prior to entering the Amphitheater. It is almost enough to cause someone to suffer heatstroke to have to walk a long ways for a bathroom as by the end of June it is already very, very hot here in San Bernardino. If we dont speak up it will never change.

For a cheap and easy experience: Park in the overflow lot. Youll take the Lytle Creek exit from 15N and follow maps to Glen Helen Pky. Youll be directed to park in the overflow left of lot 3. This is a 15 minute walk from the venue, but easy to get in and out. The lawn seats really are not bad. You can see the band as good as any concert and have quite a bit of room even for a full house. The cheapest 24 oz can of Coors Light will cost you $12. For this concert, you can bring a small blanket in a backpack to sit on and two bottles of water per person. Make sure you do as it can be brutal in the summer. People tailgate in the lot, but that isnt something you can really bet on. In all, its your typical expensive beer, hot, dusty music venue. Perfect for a rock festival or some Jimmy Buffet.
