This is a nice informal location for various events. There is a decent and open area that can be configured for presentations or round table discussions. Food catered here is pretty good. There is some outdoor seating, but the cars driving by can be a bit loud. Inside, the decor is nice, but with little furniture or other things to dampen sounds, the echoes get a bit strong and can make conversion difficult in large groups.

Studio 817 is a beautiful space that can be used for any sort of event. It is an extremely spacious and unique venue. There truly is nothing like it out there! Plus the staff is super helpful and positive. I would highly recommend this space to anyone that is looking!

The staff was friendly and professional. The space is flexible and accommodating for about 100 people give or take. The location is easy to find and the proximity to down/midtown is another huge plus.
