Been here a second time, the venue is nice. Be careful with restoring the room to the original condition. The temple is nice, but they took a $150 deposit away because it was not returned to the original condition, hence, not clean. I made a walk through around the temple and it was almost the same as the way I left it in. There was some candle wax on a single piece of table cloth and some chairs were slightly out of place. They claimed that the damage and cleaning will cost $150 since the table cloth had candle wax and it was not clean when I left.There is no way all of that costs $150.

Thankyou Phil and staff there. Glad I found this venue. If you are planning your wedding with the help of family this is the place to go. Very affordable and all the family came together too make my day amazing you do not need license bar tenders or caterers, bring it all yourself. I love this venue very spacious and upscale defiantly a classy place for the right budget I definitely recommend Masonic temple for any celebration

This is such a majestic building and an outstanding representative of fine craftsmanship and rich design for its era. Built between 1913 and 1918, SMT is considered one of the most intact architectural period pieces in Sacramento. A "centennial celebration" is in the works - scheduled to happen in September 2018. Whenever you are in Sacramento, stop by for a visit. I guarantee you will fall in love with the building!
