I was assaulted by Faces Nightclub security staff after being forcibly removed from the club when I asked for water for a girl who was blacking out on the dance floor. The bartender Kelly refused to give me tap water and became angry at me when I asked the barback for a glass. She then motioned to the barback to call security who came rushing in making sure I wouldnt bother Kelly with requests for water anymore. The 4 giant security guards then forced me out on the sidewalk repeatedly telling me to leave the area as I tried to explain to them that my friends (including one who is dangerously intoxicated) were inside and I had my girlfriends phone (dresses dont have pockets) so I cant contact them. After I repeatedly refused to leave the public sidewalk they began threatening me with violence saying "youll regret it" if I didnt leave. Eventually they started to shove me down the sidewalk out of the view of the cameras (convenient, right?) where the 3 security guards jumped me causing a concussion and multiple lacerations to my head and body. They then held me to the ground while one fetched a police officer and as I was laying there I could overhear him telling police "he was reaching over the bar". Fun fact: I wasnt. Another fun fact: Most of this was caught on camera, sans the assault which as I mentioned they pushed me out of view of the cameras in order to assault me. Im currently pursuing litigations against the involved security and nightclub. 1) No bar should ever deny a patron access to water, especially one requesting water to help someone in dire need. Its legal to refuse service and charge for water however highly frowned upon in the industry. Given the owners havent put a stop to bartenders charging for water goes to show you how they feel about you as the patron. They dont care, they want your money and nothing else. I now know one person who would deny someone water when they tell them its for someone who is blacking out. That person is Kelly, a currently employed bartender at Faces. Way to go Kelly! 2) Security staff should never attack someone who is asking to contact friends inside the club. I mean, this is obvious but I feel it needs saying since the company doing security for Faces has a nice track record of unprovoked assault. My friends and I will never be returning to this place or any club Terry Sidie is involved in (badlands, depot, etc). I advise anyone reading this NOT to give money to this or any of establishments associated with the owners of Faces. Read the reviews on here, this isnt a once-off occurrence. This has happened to dozens of people. Avoid this place. I have to rate Faces with a 2 this time so my current 2 star rating is pretty accurate. I went to Faces this past weekend with a couple of friends and basically got stalked by a straight guy there the entire night! The first time I came across him was in the first room (the hip hop room) that everyone congregates to at some point in the night. "I threw my hands up in the air that time, saying aaaaye yooo, Im a leeeesbooo" when he tried to grab them to dance with me and I simply told him I wasnt interested. The 2nd time was when I came back to said room after grabbing a glass of water from the bartender and the guy proceeds to grab me and tell me that "Im so sexy and could I please dance with him?" Obviously the punk a** didnt get the memo & that Im dancing with women the entire night! The 3rd time I was in the same room, dancing with a cute woman and the idiot just stands there and watches us! Can you say stalker?? STRAIGHT GUYS HITTING ON WOMEN AT FACES...IF WE TURN YOU DOWN WE ARE PROBABLY GAY! It is a gay club after all and why the F do you come there to pick up women?? Next time Im going to a security guard and having you thrown out for harassment!

I went into Faces on 2/14/17 and asked a man with white hair the cover fee for the evening nightclub. He informed me that the cover fee for it would be 0$. A few moments later we sat at the bar to order a few drinks and the man said he didnt know what the evening cover fee was. I expressed my confusion at this notion and the man literally forced me to leave the business. Extremely unprofessional and uneducated on the business procedures, as well as offensive to guests.

I really enjoyed this club, being thats its alot larger than the clubs in WA. But I DISLIKE...with a great passion the Hip Hop rooms collection of creepy men who stand and stare. There were men waiting by the door to grab girls in private areas as they walked by. I felt super uncomfortable. I would hope if your going to be there you would respect everyone there. But other than that...great atmosphere and drinks. Staff were friendly and I hope to go go dance there. = )

I will no longer be returning to this club. Not only is security disrespectful, but they were aggressive with several patrons while I was at the club yesterday. I observed the bouncers pushing several people who were not causing a scene or doing anything wrong. I dont understand why this type of aggression is permitted, especially at a club thats supposed to be centered around equality and peace. I highly recommend people go elsewhere.

Gotta love faces where else can you get a good drink dance till your gonna drop and enjoy a dip in a nice pool. Never have i had any issues with security and everyone ive met or spoken to have been just the nicest from the staff to the patrons. If ur at the bar and your having trouble geting a drink then do as i do look the bar tender in the eyes if you make no eye contact hows he to know ur there to order and not just another barfly?

NOW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLUB FACES THEY BEST CLUB I EVER BEEN 2 THE CROWD IS AMAZING MUSIC IS GREAT NOW THE DRINKS DRINK DRINKS ARE NICE STRONG AND WORTH THEY ARENT WATERED DOWN WITH MELTED ICE LIKE UR TYPICAL CLUBS DO FACES ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT.. This place is for underachievers! Totally classless. This club caters to gay white men only. If you go to the back bar you will never get a drink. The bartender only serves his friends no matter how long you wait at the freaking bar!! They are overpriced to get into a club thats constantly over capacity,

Just went on a Saturday night with my husband. Had so much fun! Got. There at 11:30, 3 dance floors, Hip hop, EDM and Latin. $15 entry fee. Security was cool, open dress code. Last call at 1:45am and taco ladies on front patio. Cant beat this! We will be back! Oh and they have gender nutural restrooms.

It has changed during the years they cater to the gay boys and not lesbians the security is very aggresive and mean but I guess if the owner is getting paid he dont care about his patrons dont hardly ever go there anymore we need another spot to party cause faces is played out ijs
