Its a great establishment but the manager and the staff have bad attitudes...I was visiting the club from London and my friends came from Chicago and the owner told the door keepers to kick my friend out because she taking her time as she just ordered a driink from the bar asked to have time to finish drink they physically tried to take her drink closing 30 mins early

Not for everyone, but incredibly fun if you can get over the lighting and grime. I honestly prefer it that way as to keep those that really care too much about the decor out. This place is for music lovers of the hip hop, dubstep, electro house, reggae, and anything in between genre. It can get kind of crazy, but if youre like me... youll prefer it that way.

This place is awesome. They play the best music. The bottle service was amazing!! Its a bit small but once you start drinking and dancing you forget that its even small. It really is the best place in Sacramento. Im definitely going back.

If you enjoy ratchets, hot steamy air, horrible DJs and fuckery, then this spot is for you. If you dont , then DO NOT EVER GO to Parlare. Its a fire hazard. Its just horrible. Horrible!!
