After spending over $600 for a night in the B&B and the "Head to Toe" spa treatment, the staff abandoned my wife so that she missed her lunch (which was prepaid) then had the gall to tell her they could refund it or send it home with her in a doggy bag. They also failed to tell her about the specials at dinner so instead of her favorite (prime rib) she had subpar pasta stuff that looked gross in the pic she sent to me. On top of it all, they made her take off her $400 pendant which is now lost. Great, now spent a grand (and a few years off my life) due to the ineptitude of the management of Arden Hills staff. My wife has been crying over this and that is something this place cant make up. I waited a day to write this review because Im so pissed off. Im sure these guys have no problem with the fact they ruined a 40th birthday present. Thanks. I will never recommend this place and will go out of my way to tell people to avoid it.

The banquet servers and captains are very hard working and honest. It is really sad that so many times they go highly unappreciated, work mostly in inadequate environments, and get spoken to with little respect from their managers, wedding coordinators, and some kitchen staff. I think what is even the saddest is that for every wedding event, the brides and grooms get charged a service fee, which supposedly should go to the banquet servers, but are kept by the company themselves. It must be emphasized and understood that in order for Arden Hills to blossom and thrive, their staff that is employed in one of the basic positions (banquet server, custodians, dish washing, etc.) must be treated with utmost respect and consideration, just as if they were guest themselves. Workers with pride means a company thrives.

I attended a wedding at Arden Hills Club & Spa. The venue was very pretty however for a wedding I personally dont think its the best place. The courtyard has pillars in the way of actually being able to see the wedding. People sitting in the aisle seats could not see anything unless you were in the front row. It was also close enough to the pool that you could hear children screaming as loud as you could hear the priest. The seating is also right in the sun. The room where we ate was gorgeous with a large beautiful chandelier in the middle of the room over the dance floor but the food made me and my so sick I threw up when I got home and she was feeling nauseous. The service the employees provided was good but it seemed a little under staffed.

Im not a member of the club here, but I was gifted a massage at this spa for my birthday last year. The Swedish massage was an amazing experience! You are pampered from the moment you walk through the door and treated like a most valued guest and customer. The massage therapists are very courteous, professional, and respectful and are willing to chat if you like and are also happy to be quiet if you prefer to zone out and relax during the experience. The facilities are beautiful here and first rate, and I greatly enjoyed the experience! Recommended highly if you are looking for some pampering or beauty services. When I was engaged, we were looking at the Arden Hills wedding packages and those facilities and packages are lovely as well.

I was at Arden Hills just for drinks and dinner and I was not at all impressed... I had 2 lemon drop martinis and decided to quit while I was still ahead. One drink to the other tasted nothing alike. In fact the first actually tasted like soap suds may have been left on the glass before the drink was poured which doesnt make a whole lot of sense since the place had only a few patrons. There was plenty of time to wash, rinse, dry the glasses, and make the drinks and plenty of time is what they took to get them to us. I can see why the girls who were regulars stuck to wine. I think thats enough for now. The food experience would take some time to describe...

Went for a spa day with one of my girlfriends. Got the hot stone massage and organic facial. They were both amazing. The place is very nice and clean. Had lunch at the restaurant there. Food was great as well as the service. With the spa services they allow you in certain areas of the facility all day but other areas are for members only. Only reason I gave 3 stars is we accidentally entered an area attached to the restaurant that was members only and instead of kindly letting us know I overheard one of the girls working rudely say "they need to go". That was unacceptable, especially considering the type of money we had both spent there at that point.

Arden Hills is like a daily mini-vacation. They have an amazing 50,000 square foot health and wellness facility including a salon, gym, lounge, restaurant, spa, tennis courts, and two swimming pools. From the front desk to the trainers and the managers, everyone is very nice and easy to please. I find the fellow members to be mostly down to earth and not pretentious at all - very kind and nice and helpful people who enhance my life. I really enjoy how comforting the environment is and I like the spin class and the yoga classes. Its nice to be able to have a good workout and then relax with complimentary coffee/tea or a soak in the jacuzzi.

My nephew had his wedding & reception here. Oh they promise everything, UNTIL the day before the wedding. Suddenly, they cant do this or have enough chairs to match. It was an evening wedding, they promised thered be light in the courtyard....NO LIGHT. Luckily the photographer had his own lighting that we had to use. The event coordinator got mad and left before the reception started. It was very disorganized from that point on. The bride had to try and keep the timeline going. The grounds are beautiful! Maybe you can go there just for pictures and have your wedding/reception elsewhere.

Went for a spa day with some friends for a birthday. The ambiance was so relaxing, and our message therapists were definitely better than you would find at Message Envy. They provide a table of water with a hint of cucumber in every corner, and little snacks and tea in their Tea Room. Their jacuzzi was amazing and they have showers with shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. The downside is that its pricey, but its worth every penny. Will definitely be going back once I save up some more money!

Was there for a wedding, and arrived at the time that the invitation stated. Now I understand things can change, however the front desk woman was rude when a guest questioned the time difference showing her the invitation politely, she looked and simply stated "well I have the (dont remember the term) so I think I would know when it starts". Other than that, the rest of the staff was friendly, the venue well kept, and room was large enough easily for 150 guests and a dance floor.

Our wedding experience was horrible. We had hidden costs and missing pages from our contract and all we got on the last week before the wedding was a $1800 bill and a sorry for not giving us the total before hand. On our wedding day they "forgot" to bring out our drinks for the guests, till I had to get up from my chair and ask them to bring them out. What a great way to spend my wedding day! Please look around before you jump into this place.
