There is a great skate park here for beginners. The ramps are not intimidating. The place is Colbert scenic with hills and a valley background. Advanced skaters would probably be frustrated unless they were patient. If your advanced and dont mind yielding to beginners and also enjoy giving tips as an advanced skater you might like it here. There is also baseball/softball and I believe soccer fields here

Beebe is similar to the other parks on Olympiad. The biggest difference is the skatepark. It is the only skatepark in Mission Viejo. I would call it good for beginners but the transitions are pretty rough. There are no lights at the skatepark but there are some on the baseball fields.

Small park, meant for an intermediate skateboarder. 5 stair, 3 foot half dome bowl, lots of tranny around the park. Wouldnt recommend it for a younger child (people smoke).

Nice soccer field for the kids. Concrete is a bit rough but it is good to jog on with appropriate shoes.

Skateboard park is nice , restrooms, playground, baseball and soccer fields are well kept up
