I played this golf course last weekend. I paid $78 but very disappointed. I couldnt find anything special on this course layout (pretty flat, no undulation) and the green was not well maintained. But the biggest problem was that a marshal kept pushing us. My handicap is around 13 and I think my pace is not that slow. We(4 sum) finished the whole round within 4 hour and 10min at that day. However, the marshal continuously watched us and yelled to speed-up. I lost my swing balance, so complained him. He told us we should finish within 4 hours for a whole round. I argued him 4 sum usually takes 4 and half hours and were better than that pace but he kept saying were too slow and everybody in this course played within 4 hours. He was very rude and even told us that he dont care that we dont come back to play here again because he already has so many people in line. What the XXXX? Everybody to play this course is pros or low handicapers? I dont think so because this course itself is not that great and there is a bunch of better places than here even with less green fee. I enjoy to play golf because I want to do some exercise with some relaxation but I couldnt get it from this course. It was total waste of my time and money. I will never recommend anyone to play this course.

The course layout is good, conditions is also great. However just like other reviews mentioned, they just keep pushing to play faster. 2 months ago, we played early in the morning as 4 some, and finished the round in 4 hours sharp, the marshal kept following to push us. All other groups were 2 some or 3 some in front of us, how are we supposed to follow them? and 4 hours with 4 players are slow? I dont think so. We complained after the round to the guy at the clubhouse, and he said, it is their policy to push the group to follow the front group, and we told them we finish the round in 4 hours, and he checked and he mumbled... Definitely not a course for 4 some group. We are not going back to this course, simple.

Friendly coaches. Your age also does not matter. You could be a toddler or an adult! One of my favorite Coaches is Steve. He has a fun and outgoing attitude. The golf course is in great condition. It is always taken care of. The bathrooms are also very clean. The man that works at the snack shack is absolutely amazing. If you order the sam drink more than three times he will already have ur order down. One of the most important things is that everybody is friendly. Everybody at Goose Creek is kind. The kids are very well mannered. I was so lucky to find such a nice course to play on with lots of friendly, generous, outgoing, and selfless people.

If you like to play 5 hour rounds lolly gagging around then this course is not for you. If you play ready golf and like a crisp enjoyable 4 hour round on weekends then play Goose Creek. I am a 15 handicap but I play ready golf. I cant tell you how many times i have played a round on weekends where each 9 holes took 2.5hrs. The marshalls dont care. You can be a 30 handicap and enjoy yourself but keep moving forward. For all those that would like to play in 4hr-4hr15min round on a weekend then this beautiful course is for you. If you like to play a 5+hour round then go to Vellano.

I have about a 12 handicap. I really like this course! Its beautiful, green all year (because they overseed before the winter). I like the fact that there is a large and comprehensive practice area. I also like the fact that the golf course does not pack tee times too close together, and the Marshals move golfers along. It is possible to play a 4 hour round of golf in a 4 some, which is great, because nothing is worse than waiting for groups on the tee. For all of these reasons, I am willing to pay a little more, because the experience is worth it!

Great Experience, but these complainers need to stop playing like they are in a PGA event and play ready golf. When your partner is taking their shot start your practice swings and get ready to hit! On the green line up your putt and get ready for your turn, your partner and the rest of your 4some dont need an audience, get ready to putt! These complainers are THE reason for slow play ... you are not Mitsuyama, Michelson, or Woods !!! Play ready golf and everyone enjoys themself. Have a great day

Great course. On 9 tee the bottom fell out and a huge storm came up. Water in the fairways and on greens. Unplayable. I went into the clubhouse and kindly asked for a refund for my back nine. The older gentleman in the clubhouse said we do not do rain checks. I believe this is absolutely ridiculous. I paid $59 for my round of golf. And it was refused a rain check for nine holes because the course was unplayable. Completely unacceptable for this quality of a golf course.

Well conditioned course in the Inland Empire, certainly one of the greenest around. Layout is straight forward and not too difficult. Basically no water until 18th. Greens roll pretty true with fair speeds and not too hilly. Pace of play is usually decent and starter keeps things organized. Great practice area with huge grass range and 3 practice greens for chipping and putting. Prices $50-$80 for mornings which is good value for area and conditions.

Goose Creek is a solid course and facility. Flat and easy to walk if you want... But pretty layout and almost always in great shape. Some simple holes... Some very tough holes. Worth the travel from anywhere in SoCal! They host many Usga and SCGA tournaments here for a reason.

Played Goose Creek GC for the first time and thought it to be one of the best public courses in the inland empire. Im a 14 handicap and found the course both challenging and fair. It is well manicured and well kept. The menu in the restaurant was scant, but the course was a joy!!!

This coarse hasnt disappointed yet. The only area that lacks. If you can say that. Is the pace of play. They do their very best to make sure pace is maintained. Cant have more marshals than golfers I guess.

A very good course for all handicaps. Greens can become a little dried out in July, August and September.
