Devine. Davine. Or however its spelt is a straight scammer. We agreed on $1500 min for a table. They took our card and id at front door. When we got in and ordered our first bottle. They notified us we actually did not have a table and were also to be added on to Davines table. On top of that. Our minimum was now $2700. The minimum is not a problem. However, The fact that we would not have a table even after spending this money is just ridiculous. Which at that point I asked the hostess how much is an actual table on its own without being an ad on. Which they refuse to answer my question. Actually, they did answer. And they said "Davine already told you what the minimum is" - at this point. Divine was just a coward glued into how blackberry and trying to avoid he situation. They all work in "kahoots" with each other to rip people off. I will be back. With my own table. I will also be making sure to buy a magnum bottle of Grey goose to pour out on someone in particular.

After reading everyones comments, which were extremely entertaining, I have to say that unless you have been going out in LA for a while and know the people working there you will wait in line or not even get in most likely unless you buy a table and even then if you dont have the "look" they might not even give you one! Nightingale is an amazing spot with great music and overall atmosphere. Its exactly what a club should feel and look like. Its a huge place that can acomodate a lot of people so you might have to wait a minute for a drink but thats normal, nothing to get upset about. If you are 52, fat, and have a receding hairline rocking last years getup dont bother trying - this place is classy, trendy, and only for those who are in the "know" and have connections.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I came down here with a group of my girlfriends . We werent allowed in and were told that "club was at full capacity" while people other than of colour (Caucasian) were allowed in front of our eyes and we were told that repeatedly . Absolutely disgusted to have had that experience in a city full of people with different backgrounds, ethnicities and of colour. Dean, the gatekeeper was a total dick to all of us , we even offered to buy a table but was denied and chuckled at. This guy was a total pig , disgusting man with no respect for women of colour I suppose. We were appalled to have had this experience in LA , DISAPPOINTED. Dean I hope I see you Vancouver one day and teach you a nice lesson !!!

We were on the guestlist to get in, free before 10:30. Got there at 9:30 and they didnt let anyone at all go in until 10:35 then made everybody pay because they said its after 10:30. SHADY Even all the girls had to pay($20). SMALL venue. UGLY people and smoking is practically in doors so you cant breath. Drinks EXPENSIVE as well. My Corona cost me $13. Who the hell charges $13 for a Corona. On top of all that you have to vallet your car ($20). The guy grinded my friends gears right in front of him because he didnt know how to drive stick and my sunglasses got STOLEN from my car by the attandants. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place isnt any better then when it was Area or Industry. They did an decent job on the makeover and this is one of the now older hot spots. Really loved the dancers part of this club and the outdoor smoking are looks great too. Ive been here a few times for events and I enjoyed the service of the people who worked here. When it was a club though I found the door to be overly tough for the quality of the experience itself, its not really worth the wait if you find yourself outside this place on an evening. If your friends drag you here to check it out ok go for it, its OK.

I went there on a Sunday night and the Asian guy at the door wouldnt let me and my girl in even though we were joining a big table. He obviously just had a problem with us because he let everybody else in, all bunch of guys that didnt even pay and random girls that he knew. It was awful and my friend that was paying for the table got so upset and left right away and said he will never go back. If you want to spend outrageous money and be disrespected then thats the place to be.

Used to be Area/Industry back in the day but theyve definitely revamped the decor. Service was a little spotty, although Im not a big fan of bottle service, and we werent blinging like the rich Persian guys next to us. I think they bought four or five magnums of champagne. Definitely a smaller venue, but they book high level talent, so I cant complain.

Racist club!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was not shocked to see another review from an African American woman complaining about racism. A YouTuber of the name "The Dyanna Show" talked about her experience at this club. Do not go here because obviously the individuals who work here dont believe anyone of color is a HUMAN.

Horrible service rude bartenders and patrons....the bouncers were more interested in flirting than doing their job...while four white intoxicated idiots were coddled and dismissed as being drunk...two black men were harrassed for not tucking in their shirts....this pplave was a joke

I was one of the first when open the doors, the guy (blonde guy) leave enter many other man with no good dress, i was in suit. In Holydays in Los angeles. After 5 minut they close the doors and ask me 1000 dollars for enter. Very bad place. Go to hollywood club

Pretty venue with pretty people. Came for a fun private event on a Tuesday. I think other nights are club nights. They have two bars, an indoor coat check, outdoor food stand, and valet (street parking available too). Love their wall paper!
