Jewel City Bowl is open on holidays! I think thats one of the better things about this place. To make it even better, on holidays Jewel City Bowl offers discounted rates. Ive been here with my family on Thanksgiving and on Christmas. Thanksgiving wasnt crowded and there was only 2 other families there. On Christmas, all the lanes were filled and we had to wait about 10 minutes before 2 lanes opened. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful, especially if there was something wrong with our lane. The drinks are cheap compared to the prices at clubs. The finger foods they offer are pretty tasty, but Ive only tried the chicken tenders, fries, and wings. Overall, this bowling alley is a great place to have fun with the family.

24 lanes. Food is great. Bowling is cheap if you go during certain times (check website). Overall, the pricing is slightly higher than AMF, but much lower than 300 or Lucky Strike. Cosmic bowling is lit perfectly, so you can still see the lane markers and play decently. Lanes are very well maintained and oily, balls tend to hook less here than most alleys. Tues/Weds DJ Satisfaction is good. Staff is friendly. Pro shop is small, but the staff know their stuff. Bowling computer system is very modern and even shows your MPH down to the hundredth. Arcade has only 10 or so games, most of which are for tickets (to redeem for prizes). Seating is comfortable and clean.

We came and put our name in. They said it would be a 30-40 minute wait, so we went out to grab a quick bite to eat. When we came back 30 minutes later, they had told us that our name was called while we were gone so we would have to put our name back on the waiting list. Thats completely understandable, and they said it would be another 10 minute wait. After waiting for 20 minutes they told us it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait again. The whole time with 12 open lanes. So all in all it took 45 minutes for our "15 minute" wait after we got back. I would not recommend this place.

Not my favorite alley Ive ever been to... Front desk was rude. Theres no parking so I had to leave my game and run 2 blocks down the street to put more quarters in. Its very dreary and dark as far as the ambiance. Some of the pins would not reset, even after someone rudely stopped our game to fix it. (He acted like we somehow removed pins on our own?? Lol his tone was negative and condesending instead of helpful) Not what I expected for Glendale.

Reserved a few lanes for an employee party. It was a downer and a waste of money. They gave us some food that was bland and the beer was watery and expensive. The employees seemed to be unhappy to be there. Overheard the manager being shockingly rude to them. It ruined our night, but at least made our employees appreciate our management in comparison! Please do yourself a favor and consider going somewhere else for and employee event.

Totally Awesome Place! AND they have a karaoke contest going on now (Feb) until June! Its a BIG contest- nation wide and the winner gets a trip to Reno for a chance to win $5000. My friend and I showed up to bowl and we ended up getting into the contest! Even though Im not the best singer, it was worth a shot, plus it was fun. They also had decent drink specials and bowling rates. The staff was young and cool. We will definitely be back.

STRIKE! Jewel City Bowl has been my preferred place to go bowling for a couple of years now, thanks to the abundance of lanes & cozy atmosphere. The food is respectable and this place even boasts a small arcade area for the little ones! The staff are pretty kind and clearly know what theyre doing too. However—the parking is terrible. So get on that.

Fun place with a reasonable price, Multiple lanes for bowling, has bar, small arcade, and pool tables. Only downside was the parking. The parking lot is underground and the spaces are so tight that I would not recommend big trucks because even with medium cars, is difficult to park for the really tight spots.

Nice little spot to come here to play some pool or bowling with the family or friends! They also have a small area for arcade games. The food from the cafe is good I recommend the wings! The guys working at the desk were really nice! Also the parking is by the police station so if you are drinking dont drive

Took a turn for the bad.. drinks are over priced.. then they stopped selling pitchers and forced us to buy 5 glasses of beer instead.. took forever to get our lane.. then they cut out game short after they wasted time giving us our lane.. the new management is really bad!

Jewel City Bowl is the dive bar of bowling alleys. A fairly popular local spot that has everything you need. They have a full bar and weekly bowling specials with a pool table and mini arcade. Not the nicest bowling alley, but it satisfies all my bowling needs.

Great place to bowl if you like great service, good food and very clean place. The bowling lanes actually worked well even for a bowler who needed bumper. The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place

Wow the girl dj plays horrible music I feel like shes playing her own personal playlist that she plays in the shower. If you get a guy dj it will be amazing and a great time if not get ready to jam out to Taylor swift for hours :(

Bowling is so much fun for those who havent gone. This place is kept clean and the other side games are a plus. The parking is decent and not too pricey. This always has ideal bowling conditions. Check it out soon.

We love celebrating New Years at Jewel City. Its reasonably priced, fun for all ages and a safe environment for holiday celebration. We have gone for the past 5 years and it is now our family tradition!

I bowl league here Monday and Wednesday nights. Leagues here are great. Very competitive and friendly. The staff is great and the food is surprisingly good. Not something you expect at a bowling alley.

If youre going to bowl, this is as good a place as any. There is a stall facing a weird direction in the bathroom. Check it out. Gets super crowded many nights! Has a bar, pool table, arcade games.

Such a fun place to go with anyone to have fun! They also had an arcade and a little place inside to get food, which you can eat while you wait to bowl. Really clean and lots of room!
