Worst experience ever! Not only we got ripped off, we were humiliated, threatened and got kicked out. Just because my gf decided not to place anymore and I took over her game. Heather (cashier lady) seems to have a bad day, she has no people skills and seen she hated her job. We approached her after she shutoff our game and didnt give us a reasonable explanation, But insisted on calling her manager Dana Gibson. Whom, was very rude and short, didnt want to hear our explanation but insisted on kicking us out and threatening to call the police. She claims to be the manager with lack of manager experience. She refused to provide me with her superior contact information after I asked many times. She was loud, unprofessional, obnoxious and sarcastic when I asked for her name. It seems they were interested in taking our money and didnt want to provide any customer satisfaction. After we were all humiliated and escorted out, Mrs. Gibson was making gestures about why we were asked to leave. This was my 2nd visit and this will be certainly my last! I would be more then satisfied with the outcome if we were told not to do so, verbal warning than just got insulted and kicked out as THEIR resolution. This will not be the last you will hear from me. DO NOT GO TO DEL RIO LANE, seems the worker and their so call manager are under paid and hated their job!!!

Restroom is clean, though damaged by idiots that have no common sense. The place is obviously undergoing updates and renovations but I dont think they have everything together. Issues with the order processing of credit cards. Also they state that you must have a $10 minimum to use card, but if you look at the contacts with Visa and Master card, you cant demand a minimum. The prices are standard, the graphics as uninspiring as they were in the 90s, the food typical junk food. Pro shop on site with a bored looking retailer. They have half off some drinks 11-4Pm but no one is on-site to serve alcohol until 5pm, thus negating that deal. This place in no way stands out from the other bowling places.

came by for a quick game of bowling, the front desk employees where very helpful and friendly. We needed to get socks and they directed us to a vending machine where we could get a pair for $4. Bowling prices where very reasonable altho they do not take ATM card, they do have an ATM machine that does the typical $2 service charge. There is a bar area where you can get a drink as well as some choices of foods. I am not aware of what they have to offer but did look like they had a decent selection of typical bar food. Different nights of the week have special price game for bowling and cosmic night as well. Very nice place and clean to what I experienced

Took my 8 year old son here on a Sunday. It was mid day at about 40% capacity. There were 4 employees at the main counter counting money ( something to do with a tournament) for almost 10 minutes when finally I asked can my son and I bowl. One of the girls rolled her eyes and said Ill be with you in a minute. I waited a few minutes more and me and my son bailed. We went Gage bowl and had a great time. Ill never be back to this rude establishment. Gage bowl is in the city of Bell and has better graphics and is about half the cost Most importantly they are friendly.

Just horrible atmosphere. The young white skinny chick with glasses just gives a whole lot of attitude. We went in and paid then went to our lane and it was just too crowed , people sitting on our spots, we decided to leave. The space is small and there not welcoming. Take your $$ somewhere else. And it is a bit expensive so I strongly feel I am not getting my moneys worth if I would of stayed.

Worst place ever the beer cases flat the sodas flat their machine to read the points doesnt even work when you asked the people about the machine that doesnt work they get mad they tell you to leave where is it funny experience ever I rather go to the one on gage Street

bowling alley too small to me i didnt like the way it feels like it didnt feel like a bowling alley the sizes of the ball were all scattered & there was a christmas party going on it was just a horrible experince

Didnt bowl. my coworker told me this is the place to watch wrestling ppv. The bar is small so get there early because its limited space. It was a fun experience

Ive come here a couple times on Saturday nights for karaoke fun but its always a hit or miss. Sometimes itll be busy and some nights even crickets wont sing.
