What a nice surprise!!! One of my friends invited me a month ago to have dinner at The Palms, and since then, I can not stop going almost daily to have lunch, and a few times to enjoy their beautiful music. Its been almost 25 years that Southern California did not have a classy place where you can enjoy great gourmet Latino food, combined with the best Latino band in town, La charanga Cubana, and Pedrito Duarte, a famous Colombian Vallenato and tropical singer. Their music is just sensational. You might want to call in advance and make reservations, because the place is getting very bussy, and sometimes is difficult to get a table. Be ready to be surprised by all these great people; by the way, the management and all employees and owners are very nice people, and you WILL be treated like a king. What a nice experience!!! Congratulations to the owners, managers, and employees in general; this is the way to do business, and to offer a pleasant experience to Latinos in Southern California!!!!!!!!

We went to Palms on Valentines Day, expecting to be crowded, but it wasnt 6 out of 20+ tables full. We were seated quickly, but to actually get our order taken (including drinks took approximately 17 minutes). I overheard another table threatening to leave as it took a while for their food to arrive as well. (I should have taken that hint and left then) The wine was good, but our actual steak orders were not good, and were not done the way we ordered. We order two 3/4 pound cut prime rib steaks cooked medium. These steaks were cooked well done, no pink in the middle and tough to cut. The steaks were also HEAVILY seasoned with cumin. It would have been a hard task to identify any other seasoning in that steak. The do have a lot of items on the menu, but if the quality of those other items are the same caliber as their prime rib, it isnt worth it. They should stress more quality than quantity. This will definitely be the last time I eat at the Palms.

We Had a wonderful experience. We went there when we were on vacation. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and they made us feel at home. Very welcoming. Our server was awesome. everything came out exactly the way we ordered. And with so many orders it was all served in a timely manner and hot! Nice very nice. We all had so many different things and all loved them. and they have an amazing lemon drop ice tea. When we visit the area again we are definitely be going back. Everyone has their own tastes and this is a place you have to try

Este lugar es muy ameno. Tiene un ambiente familiar . La comida es deliciosa y no es costosa. Tiene un bar completo. Los viernes tienen música en vivo y se baila a todo dar. Es el lugar preciso para pasar un viernes , una cena y luego una bailadita!

We went to Palms on Fathers Day with high recommendations from the in-laws. It was a disaster! The food was poorly prepared and the service was mediocre. One order was incorrect and it took forever to correct it, since the server didnt come around much. Three of us had finished our meals while the fourth was waiting for her corrected meal to arrive. It was the dinner hour and we were the only ones there for most of the meal. We understood why after we had eaten!

Good Cuban food at a reasonable price. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great happy hour deals, two-for-one margaritas. They have live bands that play salsa and merengue on the weekend.

This is one of the best restaurants i have been to in Cali. Definitely my first choice of place to dine. Great food, great music, bar, etc... The Palms Steak and Seafood is great!

Flew in and had lunch. Had the Turkey sandwich with pepper jack . It was delicious , so were their fries . The view is amazing and the play area for kids is so much fun.
