If you are a real bowler of any kind, dont bowl here. The drinks, the food, the atmosphere... none of it matters if there is no oil on the lanes. If you throw a hook, you will not be able to roll a single ball that stays out of the gutter. This place is for kids birthday parties only. My buddy and I bought an all-summer pass. We bowled one game and asked for our money back. They said no, so we asked the guy at the counter when they oil the lanes. He didnt know, but said two times a week. 1.) how do you not know? 2.) two times a week? I dont believe they even oil it that much, but even if thats true, that is bowling sacrilege. First 71 Ive bowled since middle school. Bowlmor I will not. I wrote this in a Yelp review and got a message from Bowlmor Pasadena saying if I wrote corporate I could get a refund. I did and... crickets. Certainly not the best $40 Ive spent.

Place is nice and atmosphere seems fun. Issue is with customer service. My party and I went on a Sunday and received very bad treatment. We waited for 2 hours to get a lane before we gave up and decided to leave. Half the lanes were empty the majority of the time we were there. The showed no courtesy toward us and kept on shrugging us off when we would ask about the wait. Right before we left they said they had already seated us and keep asking if we were part of "the group". It wasnt untill that we told them we would write a review that they stated apologizing. This happen on Sunday December 18 2016 between 7:00 -915 pm.

Great upscale bowling alley - went there for date night. Pretty eclectic crowd - ranged from 12 year olds to 50 somethings. Only drawback (and it was a BIG one!) was the music video selection - was basically a contemporary version of 90s head banger rock - none of us had ever heard of the songs so it really sucked. I asked a cocktail waitress to change it, but we left before we could tell if she did. Would do again ... But only if the music selection is better next time.

Nothing but raves for this place. They did a terrific job on my kids birthday party this past weekend. Everything was handled really nicely and even waived an upcharge when my other kid and two of his buddies freeloaded on the deal. Would recommend them highly on the basis of my experience. Furthermore, I lost a fairly expensive pair of Ray Bans there and when I went back to see if they found them FIVE DAYS LATER, they had them for me.

The place has a great atmosphere for fun. It has a modern setting. However, due to mechanical issues our lane stayed off for over 30 minutes. We attempted to let some one know, but no one came to our rescue until I went to the front desk. Unfortunately, all that we received was one free game despite the fact that we ordered food and drinks. Overall, a very expensive experience but very poor customer service. T

Boy have they raised the price for bowling!? $80 for shoes and 2 games?! Why is it this pricy? Was it like this when it was 300? Regardless the location was blasted with AC, at first it was too chilly for me to handle but maybe it was a marketing plan to get their patrons to drink and drunk bowl? Regardless anything this expensive with tons of random problem is not worth it.

There is a bar and the bowling atmosphere is nice for the college scene. There are also other game such as ping pong, billiards,and a small arcade. Friday night at 9pm games and shoe rentals are 13ish dollars unlimited ( till midnight) Sunday its 3.09 per game. Overall, not a bad price for bowling it does fill up from time to time.

This is a pretty cool place to bowl. I will say though...there should be two lines. One for people renting lanes/shoes, and the other for people checking out/returning shoes. Its ridiculous that you have one guy doing both jobs, and after waiting in the line once, upon leaving, I need to wait in the same 10-20 min line again.

Service is a little slow but they are polite and accommodating to any request. Food is pretty processed so I wouldnt recommend that but for just the bowling its still a great place to visit. The dark lanes can be annoying at times but its still a good family destination for some fun.

Super clean area. Great America/Mexican and Italian food. Great drinks with Alcohol or no Alcohol. Many activities for everyone. A perfect place to relax or to hang around. To watch a good soccer or football game. Plus they have Military discount, Hooah!!!!!

Went on a Saturday for their Summer Pass offer of three games everyday for one price for four months. When the place just opened for the day, hardly anyone was there. Great timing if you want some space to bowl without a lot of people crowding your lane.

High quality lanes. A little understaffed, as returning your shoes and paying could be a struggle even on a weekday. Stocked bar with games on the side. Recommended for a casual friends night out. $$ price point.

Unlimited bowling on Friday nights starting at 9 pm, lots of drinks, but get there early because it will get packed quickly! Lots of different weighing balls, and lots of staff readily available for assistance

The place is huge! Arcade games, foosball table, air hockey, ping pong an of course bowling lanes!! For kids as well. Service is fast and efficient. You can easily spend a couple of hours here with friends.

It was a great place I been there for parties and I hosted parties at this location. There are great tv screens unless you want to watch in between bowls besides the usual bowling screen.

It was great! Had fun, food was ok but the staff kept refilling and bar was good taking orders. I really enjoyed myself. The manager was attentive and wonderful too.

This place is really hip and fun to visit. They have a huge bar and there are more than a dozen bowling lanes. The black lights add to the night bowling fun.

Went here with a friend of mine and somehow racked up over $100 in bowling fees by the repetitive games. Be weary because it can become competitive.

Its a bowling alley. With $5+/pp shoe rentals, and $6/pp games Ill first try less expensive venues in a 30 minute radius before returning.
