Tried to play last Saturday. After enduring a day of waiting on every shot and it taking 3 hrs 45 mins to play 11 holes, decided to pull the ripcord when I arrived on the 12th to find we were 1 of 4 group on the hole and the reality of a 6 hour round sunk in. The need to collect as many greens with short turns between each group is unacceptable and doesnt make for an enjoyable round. And the 2 marshals they had running around in carts were wholly inadequate. When I returned to clubhouse to voice my displeasure, the response was a rather sarcastic "yeah, we know, so sorry". Never giving these chumps another dime.

Bring extra balls with you! Since the course was on the side of a reservoir, a lot of the lanes are on a slope. Also the lanes were narrow so there was not much room for error on drives. It is one of those courses that you need to have good ball control on and a plan of attack with all the elbows and up & down. I would get it 5 stars but there are a lot spot on the lanes are not well maintained so you have to hitting out of dirt. But when you have been living California Drought conditions for the last few years you learn to live with hard ground. I would play this course again!

I have played here frequently since moving here a year ago. This is a good public course and a good value. Challenging hilly layout that can be tough on first-timers. The fairways and greens are in good condition, good driving range, decent restaurant and bar. GPS on the carts. Play can be slow, but I find that throughout the Bay area. Sand traps could use work. But great views, lots of deer, and fun, challenging golf.

The worst golf course in the bay area. They claimed they spent millions in renovation but thats total bs. Not to mention there prices are outrageous for such a crappy golf course. I am mad at myself for spending money here in the past to play. I will never ever play here again and anyone who asks me about this course I will be sure to tell them dont waste your money on this horrible golf course.

Played July 8th, tee time 3:07pm. Didnt get to tee-off until 3:20pm. The entire golf course was jammed with golfers. There were 4 groups waiting on hole 3 tee box. Gave up after 8 holes took 3.5 hrs. Proshop staffs were friendly, they earned the only star, but course owner/management made the terrible 7min interval per tee time decision. Wont come back unless they change tee time interval.

We went to check out the gazebo area for a possible wedding venue, and we were greeted by this very rude man who is obviously not happy to be working on Saturdays, he asked what we were doing there and when we explained he just said " well you guys cant be here" cutting off my explanation and chance to ask any info. Very disappointed. Moving on to another venue.

Like everyone says, well kept and great views. A super deal but, not a challenging course, pretty short and wide fairways, so if you are around 15- 20 handicap this is a perfect course, other wise its a little too straight forward. Also you can not get an even lie because the whole course is on a hillside.

1.5 hours to play 3 holes of golf on 4/29/17 and there were 4 groups waiting to tee off on the 4th hole. I paid twilight 27$ and wasnt nearly as upset as the foursome finishing up when I walked back to my car. They told me it took 3.5 hrs to play 9 holes. Unacceptable tee time management.

The golf course itself is nice, but I played on Christmas morning when it isnt busy and it was still slow. It took 4 hours to get to hole 14. I was in a twosome.

Those course is conveniently located off 280 but had surprisingly little traffic noise. The setting is serene, right on the reservoir with a nice cool breeze.

If you dont mind hitting the ball in the fairway and having it roll into the rough, the course is enjoyable. If this bothers you, dont bother playing it.

Very enjoyable time at a pre wedding golf outing. Staff was excellent and the course was challenging and in great shape.

Overbooked on sunday. Took 3.5hrs to play nine holes. Wouldnt refund any money. Not recommended.
