Upon checkin the computer kept freezing up but they kept me at the counter for almost an hour trying to get it resolved. Than about 9pm one evening we discovered they had a laundromat, when we tried to use it we found out we needed a key! Yikes, dont you think they would have told us about their amenities and given us a key to them? Out of the two other people I spoke to at the RV Park one of them had also not been given a key. Than when I tried to tell the onsite manager about it on checkout she went thru an elaborate explanation of how they always follow a script and that just couldnt have happened. We were patient with all this but than when our travel plans changed and we checked out at 3:12pm instead of staying another night they charged us for a full night! At least they could have prorated it or something. Besides the customer service issues the RV park is merely a concrete pad. The one nice thing was each space had a small tree and they had a nice park for kids but no pool. Next time I come to St Louis I will definitely not be coming here.

Booked this hotel because of the Cardinals tickets package deal. Never felt unsafe. View from room was fantastic of the arch and downtown St. Louis. Price was great for the room with tickets and transportation to and from the game. Tickets were 11 rows up from left field, The only thing I think they need to change is the transportation situation. I feel the people that paid for a room should have first seats on the bus to the game. We were told that anyone could ride the bus so hundreds of people parked at the casino and rode the free bus. We were standing in line for the bus 30 minutes before the game and were the only 5 that did not get on the bus. We ended up paying for a taxi to get to the game on time because too many other people jumped on the free ride. I basically paid for it by staying in the motel. We also got $5 coupons to the casino but they were stamped with the date we were staying and by the time the game was over it was after midnight before we got back to the casino and could not use them. All in all the motel was great.

Been there twice now, one year between visits .... very nice park. It has very little in the way of landscaping, and it is in the inner city area where you dont want to be walking the streets at night, but the security is excellent and the park is well lite and secure. It is on casino property and security is always present and very helpful. They will gladly give you a ride to the casino to spend your money at their tables. :) But what it lacks in atmosphere, it more than makes up for in cleanliness, amenities, and friendly services. The sites are modern, roads are wide, and the utilities are all in great shape. The metro is just a short walk away and security will give you a ride over to it. Overall one of the nicest parks we have stayed in .... just need a few more years for the trees to grow up.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff called us within 15 minutes of arrival to ask us if everything was OK. We had a great view of the Mississippi River, overlooking the Arch. The only complaint I had was we had to go to the Casino to get a drink, and they wouldnt let us take it back to our hotel room, which is in a separate building. Also, the breakfast could have been a little better with a few more choice, but other than that, we were very pleased with our choice and the room rate was very good as well. We attended a conference at the St. Louis Convention Center, and took the Metro, which is right at the end of the Hotels parking lot, and then 2 stops. Parking is free. Very good choice!

This casino just changed a policy/procedure that allowed them and 4-5 other casinos in Illinois to cheat table blackjack players. They changed it AFTER a formal complaint to the Illinois Gaming Commission was filed. REMEMBER 16 YEARS this was done.. I say BEWARE! If this was allowed by the Illinois Gaming Commission turning a blind eye to such procedures, what else is the Casino Queen (one of the ones that I played at) and the gaming board allowing to be done unchecked. What about craps, roulette wheels, bac, table poke even slots? Count your money closely.... I know for a fact that this happened in BJ. Pass this info on to anyone that you know that plans on playing at CQ or is currently playing there. Again BEWARE. Halliberry

We only stayed there one night b/c the hotel and casino was horrible. We had free valet but they were short on staff so there was no one to park our car. We booked a suite and it was nothing even close to a suite, we were so disappointed. The staff was rude and not very helpful. When we walked into the casino we almost left right away b/c of how small and unappealing it looked. I will have to say that we ate at the steak house prime and it was excellent the only good thing about that whole place. The internet pictures look so awesome and then you get there and see the real place and it is a huge disappointment. We will NEVER go back to this place.

There is nothing quite like waking up in the morning to a view of the Gateway Arch from your dining room table. The park was clean, remote from the casino/hotel and had great security. There is a Metro stop on property. They have escort/security vans constantly cruising the parking lot. Got to the park office, pick up the phone and a van comes to pick you up pretty immediately. The metro was cheap ($7 each) for being able to ride it all you like Very clean and very friendly staff. Cant wait to go back!

Great location if you have an RV and want to watch a Cardinals game. Right across the river from St Louis. Felt very secure at this location. Security vans patrol Casino and RV park constantly. Security gave us a ride from RV park to mani casino. Then Limo bus picked up group of Cardinal fans and dropped us off right at the gate of Busch Stadium. Then Limo bus picked us up after the game. Limo started picking up in 7th inning. No parking worries no traffic worries. Nice experience.

Convenient to St Louis downtown, clean bathrooms, showers and laundry room. Old side is a tree covered ashphalt parking lot with FHU but sites are not for the very big rigs, this side can handle 20- 36 ft fairly easily, just watch out for low-hanging branches. The newer side has longer pull-throughs with FHUs but no shade. Casino Security will pick you up at the campground office and transport you to the casino or metro stop.
