I have had recently moved from Phoenix to Avondale, as a recent resident I have found myself most pleased with the area. When it had come to mind that I needed to find a new recreational center this was the first one that popped up on my Google search. As soon as I could "map" the location, soon enough I found the place. When I had walk towards the front office I noticed the basketball court and let me just say that it was the saddest excuse for a basketball court I have ever seen... I was not impressed with the gym and the only thing this "rec" had going for it self was tthe pool and tennis courts, with that being said it doesnt deserve four stars.

I called the listed phone number to ask what the major cross streets were for their shop. Here is my exact conversation: Employee - "Hello, florist" Me - "Hi, I am wondering what your cross streets are" Employee - "um, I dont know" THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME I called her right back Me - "Did you just hang up on me?" Employee - "Yes, yes i did" AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. First of all, how RUDE is this?!! Second of all, any business that is open to the public and listed online should NEVER act this way if they want to be successful. I am half tempted to find this store and give them a piece of my mind in person. Wonder what would happen. . .

So many options! Whether you want to be competitive or just relax, you can do it all. Classes are scheduled and keep everybody from using the facilities all at once. The group Ive met so far are such nice people. Jennah (I think?) Is the aquatic director, and she was really informative, plus, you can tell she really likes it there! Even non residents can enjoy. Looking forward to a great summer!

This review is based on their sports programs for youth. I have done all the other rec sort leagues in the West Valley and this one seems to have it all together. Their practices and games schedules are ready before the season starts and very consistent . I only sign my kids up under Litchfield rec sports aside from their club leagues.

My kids have been participating in swim lessons, sports and local activites with Litchfield Park Recreation Center for years. Highly recommend you check it out if you are local! Always plenty of activities for families and children throughout the year.

OK, it isnt the best kept place. But there is impromptu Pickleball at 6:PM on Tuesdays and Tennis the same time on Thursdays. Comn out and ruff it with some pleasant people.

Too much duck droppings on the tennis courts and old net dividers that separate the two courts. The City of Litchfield Park never cleans the courts.

Very nice and relaxing. They have life jackets and floating noodles for use. A spa and kids pool. Nice life guards and instructors

I took my kids here when they were young. There are always programs and they are very active in the Litchfield Park community.
