The UA Arboretum is an excellent to run, walk, bring a dog, or just enjoy the flora. There are countless single file trails for those who like a more scenic or interesting trail run/walk, as well as more open, paved trails on what used to be a golf course. There is also access to a lake for swimming in the warmer months, however no fishing is allowed.
Recent infrastructure improvements are making a big difference. New entrance signage and new chairs and seating in the pavilion are a great upgrade. Trails need better signage and could be linked to longer walls they the old golf course. Beautiful Magnolias
I really enjoy this place good place to come and walk, has some nice trails you can learn about different kinds of plants. As Nice greenhouses here places to sit and relax doesnt listen to The Birds and look at the goldfish.
This area has great potential. It is not as well maintained as it should be though.
Beautiful experience, even on a quick trip & rainy day!
Beautiful! Not busy, great get away still close to town
