This company has terrible customer service. No one ever answers their phone and no one ever replies to their emails. What kind of business does this? My friends and I collectively called them about 30 times last Saturday and Sunday, and several times this week. I emailed them twice last Saturday and Sunday, and received no reply. We had an incident at the Kingston Springs location last week as well. One worker told us that we missed the 3 oclock departure, but we could come back at 4. Well, we came back at 4 and the workers were leaving and told us that since there were no reservations that they were leaving. We wanted to pay individually, thats why we didnt use the online reservation system. You cannot make a reservation if no one will answer the phone or reply to emails. *Edited Remarks: After talking with the owner, and working through the problems, I have changed my views on the company. The owner cares about the business, and the employees we met on our return visit were very friendly, despite it being a cold Sunday afternoon. Great group of people, especially the owner.

Had fun when we went, but I will give you a heads up. The $150 couples adventure does NOT include zip lining...we got that rude awakening when we got there. The couples adventure is a good way to connect with your significant other if thats what yall are looking for. We had a blast completing challenges together and within a group. Just dont expect to zip line. They were kind enough to give us a good discount on zip lining, but only after we did the couples adventure. Pretty good service, everyone out there was really nice. But if you want to go zip lining, just pay the $50 per person...best option to go.

Would recommend this zipline for families and those who want the excitement and thrill of a zipline but arent fond of excessive height challenges. Most stations started on level ground and crossed deep ravines instead of stepping off of tall towers. Not to worry it did include a couple of stations that certainly had the thrill of stepping out off of a platform in the trees. The guides were engaging and friendly. Very safely done and the property was beautiful. Highly recommend.

We went about a month ago and were turned around by a sudden spring storm with hail, the workers were great even in the face of having to tell us that we were going to have to come back. We returned this weekend to a group of wonderfully happy employees, and our two guides a young woman and a man were amazing, keeping the kids entertained with jokes and trivia between lines. Would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be returning ourselves.

Such an amazing time!! Went to the Kingston Springs location Monday on election day since the kids were out of school and just had the best experience. The guides were so friendly and helpful! The service was excellent. This is an awesome outdoors environment. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nashville or just looking for something fun one day.

This was our fourth time coming out to the Nashville West location for a zip your. As always, the beautiful landscape paired with the exhilarating experience of zipping through the trees is unparalleled. Our guides, Michael and Joel helped make this experience safe and fun. This place was awesome! My hubby an I went for the night zip, included glow sticks an beer! Incredible experience we zoomed 90 foot above the treetops and pitch black darkness can we say hella fun!! Will definitely be coming back we decided to make it a once or twice a month kind of thing

Our nephew had a blast. The staff are outgoing, professional, and caring. The group dynamics were strong thanks to the funny jokes, games, and strong facilitation by both Mike and Bree. One of the most fun experiences we have had in TN!! Recommend this to any family, couple or small group!

We had a great time on the zip lines. My son and granddaughter didnt think I would do it and/or be able to keep up with them. I proved them wrong! The staff were very professional and made sure we were safe and provided bug spray and plenty of water along the way. Welk be back for sure!

I am going to be 65 this year and always wanted to zipline. I had so much fun I went 2 days in a row, the first time to Kingston Springs and the 2nd time to Fontanel. All I can say is both places were beyond amazing. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! The guides are great too!!

My three kids and I had a great time with the aerial session and the zip lining was so much fun. Michael was a great tour guide. Highly recommend. Gloves are a good idea if you complete the aerial course. My husband missed this trip and we will be back with him in the future.

Really the greatest, workers Lisa and Courtney, were friendly, easy going, reassuring and fully professional. Every age child 6 and up would enjoy this and their parents and/or grandparents would love it just as much! We will be back with another set of grandchildren soon!
