We were here may 14 of 2017 and we really enjoyed the company. True the museum was closed for remodel but the gift shop was open. The staff was very kind and helpful and she was the sweetest person we have ever met. She gave us a lot of information and was very helpful and took the time to have a conversation with us about the group and we learned a lot of things we didnt know. Plus she was very helpful in giving us information on the area and places to go to get the true feel of fort Payne. We will be back again and make it a point to stop in and talk with her again.

Unwelcoming staff. Made you feel like you were interrupting them in the midst of them sitting down chatting. We called the day before for hours of operation. Info given tersely. Upon arrival we find out the museum is closed due to long term remodeling. Skip it. Go to the Waffle House instead.

It is a very nice and warm place to visit and learn about the group Alabama, from their early beginning years to the men they are today. The staff there is always happy to share what they know and see from/in the boys in the band.

It hurts to rate this place so bad but it was such a disappointment not a lot here and it wasntt done very well either felt dirty the staff was not friendly and many of the things in the gift shop were damaged by the sun.

We waited for an hour for them to open because we really wanted to see the museum. However, when it did open, the museum side was closed for renovations and the gift shop was overpriced and lacking.

I love the Supergroup Alabama but this museum needs a remodel or just a good cleaning. The person in the gift shop didnt really want to be there and was not very helpful.
