Im with Nadria on this one- these guys arent too concerned with customer service. Also, back when I was a smoker, I asked if they sold cigarettes. One bartender said no, one said they just started and it would be $10 for a pack. Of course I wasnt paying that, knowing that a single pack is less than $5, and that a carton makes them even cheaper, but he said that since he knew there were no convenient places around to buy cigs, they were just gonna charge what they could, bc someone would surely pay it. He basically said it like "bc some suckerll pay it." Way to alienate and belittle your customer. Sure, its an addiction and a nasty habit, but maybe be a little less open with your extortion. When you care more about gleaning a huge profit than providing a service (and it shows), I dont have much respect for your business practices.

1/18/2012: There for 45 mins. Was greeted when I arrived and the beer came quickly but the staff never even came back to my end of the bar or made eye contact until I finally waived my arms. Another couple sitting next to me also complained about the neglect. Not like the place was busy. 8 at the bar and another 4 nearby. Pale Eddie should change the name to the "Poor" House - as in very poor service.

Excellent at specific times. They have specials that are worth while. If you order outside of the special, then you will pay a lot. The clientele is mid to late 20s. Fun trivia on Tuesdays. Excellent event space upstairs. There is no food though.

Great atmosphere, love the downtown loft feel. Great service and lots of fun. Smoke free, which makes it even better. Plus the owner is involved in giving back to the community--I always support those who support charity.

Love this place! I had a corporate event in the room upstairs and it was great bc I could bring in my own food. My associates loved it because of the beer selections and relaxed atmosphere!

Pale Eddies is a great spot to grab a beer after work. The nice thing is that its a true bar, no kids running around or people trying to have a nice meal. Just ice cold beer.

Another good downtown spot to chill and have a drink. Its pretty relaxed most of the time, and is right next door to several other cool joints if you need to move on.

I love this place - the atmosphere is great, and while the selection isnt spectacular (still good) its a nice place to hang out and chill with friends.

Just a cool regular bar. Has a nice upstairs area that is cool for private events. Has karaoke and trivia sometimes which is really fun.
