The best hookah place in town for those who are looking for good hookahs and a diverse food menu. For those who want to drink, they also have that option unlike other places in the Arlington area. In terms of alcohol + drinking place, its the best in the DMV area. That is without regarding the renovations. With the renovations, its just a great club to go to. So its a win-win. Another thing that they have over their competitors is the happy hour. The happy hour is relaxing and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely the best happy hour in town. Their hh menu includes food, drinks, and hookah. The only place that does this for hookah. Great menu, great service, less-aggressive atmosphere, beautiful people, and great management.

Thursday night, quiet downstairs dining, AMAZING food! We had the cold platter, falafel and grape leaves for appetizer, everything was really tasty, the pita bread is so good, you cant have enough of it! My husband had salad called the Darna, I had lamb and yogurt stew with seasoned basmati rice we both loved our meals, seasoned perfectly!...the chef came out and we sad hi to each other, he is a very nice guy and was nice to talk to him! Definitely coming back and try some more middle-eastern cuisine!

It is difficult to find decent midle eastern food olaces. This is one of the best places for Lebanese foods I have been to. Have a separate dining area, a deli type area in the middle for easy takeout and at the end a separate sunroom type room for hookah smoking. Friendly and helpful staff. Different cultures call different foods by different names and some eat hot vs cold but they are very nice to heat up anything for your taste and their bread is THE BEST!

Terrible setup for a lounge. If you dont plan on buying a table and spending $$$$ then look elsewhere. People without a table are crammed around the very small bar area with hookahs everywhere. My hookah was knocked over from people in the crowd, and ash went all over my jeans. Luckily the coal fell to the ground and didnt burn me. I would not go back here on a busy night. Food was very mediocre, and drink prices are rather pretentious.

This place was a little too uppity for my tastes. I went with a girlfriend on a Saturday night to the upstairs area and if we wanted to stay at our table after dinner they were requiring a $150 minimum charge. We had already spent a good amount of money on the food and hookah and that turned me off that they were rushing us out unless we wanted to lay down even more money. I prefer Guarapo. Much better vibe for me.

I was dancing and this girl came to dance with me so we were dancing and then she tricked me she fell down and she pretended she was hurt the waitress came to me and told me to pay her bill which was $82《 go figure》I got scared so I paid. The girl I was dancing with as soon as I paid the bill she was fine. She picked up a big glass of wine and she was drinking like nothing happened. Sounds tricky doesnt it?

I was a bit skeptical about Darna, as it is tucked between the Virginia Square Metro and Clarendon. However after trying the lamb (which was cooked nice and tender) Id say that the food was flavorful and filling! I came here with a groupon and I will definitely be coming back. Though I will note that I was very surprised that the restaurant was nearly dead - but it was a Wednesday evening.

Great atmosphere, DJ and live mc. Read other reviews about tables and bottle service. Well not that I noticed nor cared as the bar is great. Yet bottle service is in general a rip off business practice and I would not say its fits in such a stylish place. However if you are in the area come and enjoy the place no matter the policy. The place calls for dancing anyway.

Worst, worst, worst, worst and the worst hookah bar ever, ever, and ever I have seen. Unbelievable crazy rules such as dress code and you have to spend way too much than your imagination. This place doesnt ever deserve one star. I give negative -10. Worst customer service and the security is extremely rude. Never will come back and wont suggest to anyone.

Thursday, Aug 31, my girl ordered a Mojito. That was the most shittiest bar tender of my life. It was 99% water and had no mint taste. The bartender is saving on alcohol for his end. Never go again. Over pricey. One beer and one Mojito for 18$. Then you have to tip him 2 $ witch is 20$. Really. If you want a good Mojito go to Uncle Julios.

Visited Darna Restaurant had an amazing experience delicious food mouth watering drinks, than went to the lounge bar upstairs Hookah music experience was a wonderful Vibe. Great Job to the family running this operation. Our waitresses were amazingly friendly and on point. will always recomend this place and will be back soon.

Nice place, but for where it is located not all its, cracked up to be. Ambience is cool but table pricing is a bit much for a hookah bar. I expect more for what you pay for there.. If you go, have money to blow.

The wife and I are fairly new to the area and visited this spot for a date night as we enjoy hookah very much. Service was just horrible here. But the 3 stars go out to the food and the music choice.

Hit or miss... Sometimes its super poppin with almost no tables...other times its dead and you can feel the deadness...even with the loud music. Decent hookah prices and food is mediocre at best.

The hookah was terrible and the people were stuck up! They seemed to judge people per their socioeconomic status. Dont go here unless you dress up, because you will be treated accordingly.

I had the cauliflower and meat rolls. They were ok. Nothing extraordinary. We also had Kabse - the chicken and rice dish. All the food came out so fast we think it was precooked.
