Always a great time spent in Founders Park. Right on the water in Old Town Alexandria, there is tons of room to run around, play a game of Frisbee, or even stretch out your picnic blanket. Watch the crowds pass by or the airplanes coming in for a landing at Reagan National. Quick and easy walk to plenty of top-notch restaurants and bars.

Nice little park on the Potomac River. Very small and can be very crowded on the weekends. It is directly connected to the Alexandria pier, where you can take a mini cruise to a boat taxi the national Harbor. Nice place to hang out mid week when it is quiet.

Its a nice clean place. A lot of fun places to eat or drink around the park. If you havent been there. Go before winter. You can play beach volleyball. And make dogo friends (for dogo lovers). Street performances. Really nice peaceful beautiful place.

Awesome park for a family outing, an afternoon walk, dogs, or volleyball. With a backdrop of the National Harbor and the Ferris Wheel, it makes for a great place to take family photographs and view a fireworks display in July and New Years.

Working nearby this park is great. The north end is dog friendly and has a drinking fountain for your pooch. He/she can also socialize with other dogs. The south end has a dock where kids can feed ducks and geese.

Nice park. Nice view of the river. It is one of the few non in closed dog parks. The people that bring there dogs are all well behaved. So it not like you have to worry about being bit or having a dog jump on ya.

a good place for a walk on the Potomac waterfront Volleyball courts and Cruise ships (very small) to see. Shops and arts as well. Lots of dogs being walked here.
