City of University Park continues to remove anything from Germany track that citizens may find useful. I think were down to just a track and field now from a great course that used to have a bunch of body-weight fitness stations. No reason for anyone in Dallas to go here unless you live nearby.

The tennis courts sit next to the Dallas North Tollway, but the noise is very tolerable, especially when youre usually always guaranteed a court.

Track isnt a perfect shape and its generally pretty busy after work hours, but not so congested that you cant get a good workout in.

Nice community park with tracks you can run and walk. There is field you can practice the long jump. There are tennis courts nearby.

Can get busy with organized events and practices. Otherwise, a great track accessible to the public.

Had a small soccer practice here. Decent field and has pretty good traffic so you feel safe.

Its a nice area to jog or run. Besides is a playground for little kids.
