I just wanted to express how pleased we were with the birthday party celebration 8/25/2013 for my wife. Our guests were raving about the facility, the "photo booth" wall outside of the Nashville skyline and quality of the menu choices and drinks. However, I wanted to call special attention to how everyone on your team went the extra mile to make each guest feel special and welcomed. Shea was wonderful in assisting with the event from recommendations on lighting to fabric colors and floor planning. Her watchful eye throughout the event kept things flawless and well executed. The staff was AWESOME, especially Mike the bartender who prepared the drinks with a smile and Taelor who danced and engaged with the guests and helped with the transport afterwards of flowers to our vehicles. I didnt catch the names of the rest of the staff, but they always had a smile on their face and I could tell they own the party as if it was their own. I didnt even noticed the ninja working security! Mimi was a big help in getting the TV wired as the live camera feed of images off the eye-fi card was a hit. Our photographer and DJ commented how professional how the operations manager and event planner were in the initial meetings and helpful throughout the event. Both agreed it was the best venue they ever worked in and I agree. I would be hard pressed to host a future event elsewhere. The Bridge Building team should be commended for the service, passion and execution that really made the event even more special.

The Bridge Building Event Space has one of the best downtown skyline views in Nashville! I’ve been a planner for many fabulous events here and each one is definitely one-of-a-kind. The lounges on the second floor are perfect for bridal parties to get ready on their big day. I love how stylists are welcomed to come into the lounges for makeup and hair service. No need to rush around town for appointments when they can come to you! My favorite part of the building is definitely the 4th floor/ rooftop space. The rooftop’s amazing view overlooking downtown is priceless. Its perfect for a wedding ceremony and/or cocktail reception. A few years ago I had the pleasure of planning a surprise engagement dinner for this sweet couple from Washington. Their special night out in Nashville was in the Atrium located on the 4th floor. The couple was served a private dinner prepared by the culinary team which was divine. During this event he popped the big question by lighting up the pillar of the bridge with a customized gobo reading, “Will you Marry Me”. The Infinity Hospitality staff helped to create this memorable experience and the client was beyond happy!

I was responsible for planning our annual company event following our operations meeting. We selected The Bridge Building, having held our event at various other downtown Nashville events in the past few years. This venue is amazing...cool warehouse feel, blended with a modern touch and the best views in Nashville of the skyline and lower Broadway. We had our event starting at 6pm, so the view and lighting changed dramatically when the sun set...great photo ops. Our rep, Sue Harrigan, was top notch and made the entire process very simple. She provided valuable consultation to help us stay on budget, while making sure we created and delivered an event that our guests loved. The staff was very responsive, friendly and professional. The food was delicious. Our event was on the top floor Observatory and balcony - so nice to have indoor/outdoor space. I would highly recommend The Bridge Building for a future event and Im sure well be back again next year too!

The Bridge Building Event Spaces effortlessly combines a contemporary, simplistic design with an industrial edge to create a clean, sleek, blank slate of an event space. The unique location of the venue allows the first floor glass walls, outdoor riverfront, and rooftop tent to show off a magnificent panoramic view of downtown Nashville. Amazing rain or shine! It’s sister venue, The Bell Tower, is located just down the street and has a completely different esthetic and warmth. Both spaces are breathtaking and make for a tough event venue decision!

Last week, I went to The Bridge Building for a tour. I am recently engaged, and am thinking about having my wedding there. Everything about this experience was fabulous. The girl who gave the tour was super knowledgeable about the space and how we could set things up there. She also told us all about the company that rents the space out, Infinity Events and Catering. Apparently they will help you take care of everything for your wedding from food to decorations. I am even able to get a planner through them. I am so excited to work with them!!!

Not worth the headache of trying to stay in touch with your event specialist. They have too much on their plate...very impersonal...you are just another number they cant wait to get out of the way. Beautiful site, though. But everything else was frustrating down to parking because they had a last minute event at the stadium. Add ons galore...dont try and stick to a budget with this place.

I’ve attended several events at the Bridge Building and continually I am blown away by the food presentation. They take the time to ensure that everything is continually refreshed and looking as delicious as it tastes. Their ability to customize every menu for each event guarantees all your guests will get a unique experience whether it’s the 1st or the 100th event they’ve attend.

I love this venue for daytime meetings. Most conferences take place in a windowless ballroom where you never see the light of day. This venue is glassed in with a gorgeous view of the city! Their in-house tech does a great job of running all the AV for slide shows, speeches, etc. The best part is, the venue has multiple floors and patios which are great for break out sessions.

The food service is amazing at the Bridge Building. All of the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make every detail perfect, not to mention how amazing the food is! And, they definitely have the best view of Music City. If you have any kind event or gathering, I highly recommend using their services.

Great location. Great views of the stadium and riverfront. Very unique building. One annoying thing is the bathroom is outside the facility and park services tends to close it at times to keep the homeless out.

A place with a view.... I remember when I can to this spot and it was an abandoned building because it offer a great view of the city. The city is just a beautiful now, as it was then....

Ive attended a lot of events in the Nashville area and I can say that the chef and his crew at The Bridge Building and The Bell Tower have the best tasting food in town...hands down.
