This center is rude and racist in their policies. I attended this center thru the years as part of the event activities. 2016 showed us that they homestly dont care about event organizers who need to use the loading dock. Employee cars take up the entire dock area and refuse to move when there are dozens of vehicles and trailers in need of the dock. But the worst thing is the mandatory added security last minute for the event I attended in 2016. Bag checked and wand check for all people going into the center. Made the TSA look easy at airports by comparison. The worst part is the profiling done by the center for our event. Most attendees were teens and 20s but these are nerdy groups showing their love of fandom. Almost none of these attendees are violent, carry weapons, or have any criminal records. In fact, compared to most kids of this age demograph, they are the least likely to cause problems or the need for added security. This is based on fact and stats based from the many years I have been involved with these exact type of events nationwide. I know the security reports, seen them first hand and can say without any doubt this was profiling plain and simple. I will not be returning to this convention center ever again.

A complete waste of time. They overbook for events. They give out WAY more tickets for events than the building can hold. Then when they reach capacity they simply lock the doors. Making a call to the office results in a youre SOL response. I will NEVER return to this event center. If youre an organizer, look elsewhere. If youre looking to attend an event here, save your money and make the trip to Indy, Louisville or St. Louis. Ford Center is even better than this place, which is saying a lot since Im not a big fan of the tiny Ford Center either.

Ive been going to our yearly Rocky Horror Picture Show event at this place for the last few years and its honestly been a great experience every year. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and they do a very thorough job of checking bags which is a plus for me. The only reason I didnt give them a five start review is because honestly the concession stand prices are a bit much even for concession prices.

Very nice venue, the Aiken Theatre has good views and sound. There is no center aisle so you do have to walk through a whole row of people. Three levels, orchestra and two balconies. The top balcony is pretty steep but still a good view.

Surprisingly modern and impressive venue. Large, easy to find your way around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, sharp building.

I saw a summer play production here and the venue was wonderful. The sound quality is excellent, and the plaza is very well kept.

Wonderfully large venue. Lots of seating with ample leg room. Watch for spilled drinks on the floor creeping towards the stage!

Great view from every seat. The staff isnt ever very nice. They all seem bothered to be there no matter what event it is.
