We had great times hundreds of times however. Our last experience there was not so fun.. We got there and after 2 minutes we had to get out of pool and after being on a schedule because of the holiday weekend we were limited to time, they closed the park due to hearing thunder. So I went in after sitting in the hot hot hot sun and asked if I could get a voucher for another day and I got a very bad response until I started my video. Had the people behind the counter laughing at me, well I am sorry that I spent $70 to go there and I felt that I definitely didnt get any satisfaction at all, my kids put their feet in the water and were told to get out... And another thing, I wasnt the only person that believed I deserved a refund or just a pass for another day,... I didnt get violent like the other guy, but the other guy got a refund. I think this place is racist towards white people because the black folks got their refund and I did not.. He was told not to tell me but he did and the hand shake to the violent guy proved the situation.. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place throughout the years and now it looks like I will start saving thousand because this place is not worth my time.... Although, I WOULD LIKE AN APOLOGY !!!! AND POSSIBLY MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK !!!!

Horrible Experience Went to see Don Felder Styx and Foreigner on July 4th 2014 and while they were terrific the place is repulsive. Bird droppings all over the chairs UNDER THE TENT and had to ask them to clean the chair off next to me that I was not even sitting in so the person coming did not have to be subject to it. Then they started being called to bunches of chairs all around me. BUT the major issue is the smoking WOW!!!!!!! They do not allow it under the tent but allow it everywhere else in the facility all around the tent so its soooo bad you cannot even breath. So it you like that kind of thing by all means go to Montage Mountain Toyota Pavilion for a concert. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE TOYOTA PAVILION MONTAGE MOUNTAIN AND NOT FOR ANYTHING ELSE AT MONTAGE MOUNTAIN. ANYTHING ELSE AT MONTAGE I CANNOT TELL YOU ABOUT AND NEVER WILL BECAUSE I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. SOUND SYSTEM SUCKS ALSO. ALL OF THE ABOVE IS ONLY MY OPINION...........

My 10-year-old daughter and I went to Sno Cove water park, and went into the wave pool. We had no idea how strong the waves really are in that pool. We quickly got swept back out of the shallow water and into deep water. I can swim, but my daughter is only learning. I struggled to keep us both afloat, and my daughter called out, "Help! Lifeguard! Help!" a number of times. There were 4 lifeguards there watching and NOT A SINGLE ONE JUMPED IN TO HELP US. I grabbed my daughter with one arm and dragged us both into the shallows as the waves finally subsided. We were both shaking and crying when one female lifeguard finally walked over and asked, "Oh, is she okay?" She is okay, but no thanks to any of them! I absolutely do not recommend this park! Horrifying experience!!!!! I had to click one star or this review wouldnt post, but I give it zero stars.

Its a good place to go but they have to fix prices. only half of the slopes will be open and you half to pay full price to expensive for no reason. and Johnny rocket in side is the same for a small red bull I think it was almost 7$ for it. other then that its a fun place to go but they have to fix prices. biggest problem and half of the crew can have a little problem with talking to people they can be a little lazy or be a little rude .but montage mountain is the only place in the area to go for now I would say go with some friends. or your just going to have a problem. try to get a group price just to save your self a problem and always check your receipt they said they will charge me as a youth and I got charged as a adult with rental .when I had my own board never got my money back that day

My family and I went here this past weekend for the water park. Park admission was cheaper than I expected, however walking around I could see why. Everything was run down and/or overused. The food was over priced and we spent as much on eating as we did to get access to the park. As a note, the resort prohibits outside food so we were forced to pay for overpriced food. As a family resort I have certain expectations, such as rules being enforced. There were patrons clearly not wearing swim attire, as well as people smoking in the wave pool area. As a positive, which is why they are given two stars, the young staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

I bought a winter membership pass to montage this season 2016-2017. I enjoy to ski and consider myself intermediate and above. The slopes are groomed and there are several to choose from. The bottom half of the mountain is black diamond and above and the upper half contains the trick park and easier slopes. The reason I have it a 4 star is because of how slow the chairlifts move when compared to any other resort. You will spend a great deal of time sitting in the chair lifts then you will skiing, even if you greatly limit your speed when going downhill. Next year I do not think I would get a pass to montage because of this reason.

It is going down hill fast. Not the downhill you would hope for at a ski resort. The staff looks and acts very miserable. While most of the resorts around us are 100% open or close, Montage Mountain still wont make snow on their long runs. They have gone through 3 or 4 general managers (I heard but not confirmed). If you have a snowtubing birthday party they will not reserve tables, provide food or have anyone to help coordinate. They just got fined a lot of money ($75,000) for damaging wildlife habitat. If you have a complaint about something there is no response. If you go, good luck!!

Went last week, weather was good and very small crowds which I thought would equal a great day on the mountain. The lifts are so slow, made my day so boring. During the week they do not have a lift that goes all the way from the bottom to the top, so you had to get on 2 different lifts to get to the top. I was so frustrated each time it came to get on the lift. I spent $36 to go for 2 hours - I could not take it any more. I would not go back with the way these lifts are, there are to many other mountains with high speed lifts to spend your day at.

Out of all the places I went skiing in the Poconos this is the best place. It has the least people, I never have to wait for a lift. The expert trails are excellent. The food is OK but overpriced, I usually go to Wendys nearby. I dont go skiing for the food. Another great thing is nobody cares what you do. I like to go off the trails and explore the woods. Elk mtn is beautifully landscaped but way too many people; I hate waiting for the lift. Night skiing is cheap too.
