Ive eaten at the Foundry 3 times, and it has been 3 very nice experiences. The first time I had rib eye from their "signature wood grill", excellent! I had a rhubarb tart thingy for desert, authentic, blackened crust, not too sweet, just my kind of desert (deserts easily gets too sweet for me). I tried the Foundry Cocktail, a very nice version of Manhattan, plus a Pinot with meal. All is reasonably priced for one of the better local restaurants in the area. The second time I was at one of the bar tables with some good friends for drinks and a light dinner. That night the chef had a "special pizza" on the menu, garlic crema sauce, roasted red peppers, chicken and other good stuff - it was excellent. If chef has "special pizzas" on the menu and youre not there for a big dinner: go for it! Another in our party had a burger and said it was waaay better than a "standard burger" and again very reasonably priced. Good cocktails and a good selection of beer on tap, among them some from Troegs, an excellent local brewery. If you like IPA, get Perpetual - that should get you off to a solid start. The third time I was there I had a very nice appetizer: liver pâté (chicken I think) with pickled red onion and sherry or port cherries - highly recommended, different yet simple, and well balanced starter - I will have that one again. Entree was a Lamb t-bone, grilled lamb is so good when the meat is top notch, and on this evening it was. The Foundry has given me great service & great food with that little twist to keep it interesting. If you are looking for fancy French cuisine, this is not for you. It is a very nice place, somewhat pricier and definitely one of the better ones in the area, but still with both feet planted firmly on the ground in their compositions. From my 3 visits I will not hesitate to give it top ranking in my book of local drinks and dinner, grill plus plus places.

Delicious Food! I made a reservation here for a group of 15 on a Tuesday evening-they gave us a private room for no extra charge and had two servers waiting on us during our meal. Everyones food was delicious-it was my husbands birthday and he got the lamb special, which he said tasted great and was cooked well but came out cold. The building is really old and beautiful. I had the bacon burger and also shared some of the Fomaggio pizza. They were both great. I also tried some of the kale salad my mom had for an appetizer-it was really delicious-not overpowering at all like you would expect from kale and had a very light delicious dressing on it. For dessert, they gave my husband a free dessert of his choice on the house, which was a cheesecake dessert that he loved. It also came with a fireworks candle that keeps re-lighting. A fun little touch. I had the apple potato donuts with ice cream and salted caramel sauce-so good! Definitely a place to try:) We will be back.

I loved it! Organic produce! Grass fed beef! Yes! Pizza prices are a bit high for size ($14-$16). Steak prices are up there ($38). We each had burgers. Im a burger fanatic! Very good burger. Cooked to perfection medium throughout, but only warm on the outside. Awesome wood flavor on outside from cooking over wood, which I love! Burger prices are high ($13-$15) but for the size of the burger (8oz) and good amount of fries with Chipotle aioli and the atmosphere, i think the prices were "ok." Cant wait to go back and try more! Just wish it wasnt so expensive. That unfortunately will make The Foundry a treat ourselves/special occasion place only.

Dined June 20th with 4 guests at 5:45 p.m. We left at 8 p.m. Not sure how long we waited for our dinner - - longer than expected but while we waited, we had good conversation. Loved the lamb - cooked to perfection. My friend had the chicken and said part of it was burned and the rest of the chicken had that burnt taste - she should have sent it back. Otherwise, we enjoyed the ambience. Would hope the next visit that it doesnt take so long in having our dinner served.

We had an event in the private room catered by the Foundry and they were staffed well, very accommodating ensuring satisfaction. Servers courteous and prompt. Food was excellent and pizzas were varied and even a gluten free pizza that was good. Desserts were from Cake a - Fair in Myerstown. All were exceptional. Room cost was very affordable. Easily accessable, elevators to the room and resturant. Highly recommended.

Our server, ( Henry )was on his a game . Henry was on point with the whole menu. Any questions, or requests he had answers .no need to go find out. Nice alcohol offering, great selection all around . Food was delicious , apps some were made with local offerings. I Had a dry aged steak ( slamin ) fresh string beans, (smoked ) from the wood fire in the kitchen. Daily made fresh deserts. Planning a return visit soon.

We go here often and its one of the best places in Lebanon in regards to food. Although it has a fine dining flair you can also sit at the bar and just get a small side or burger. Only issue we ever have is on occasion service can be slow. It doesnt stop us from going back but if you need to be in and out fast I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Selection of craft brews is impressive, the atmosphere is WONDERFUL and delightfully upscale. Service and food were both excellent. The beer brined chicken breast is exceptional and their brick oven pizzas are very nicely done!

I loved this place. The waiter was great, really knew his stuff about everything on the menu. He was very knowledgeable about craft beer as well. The food was excellent. I will return the next time Im passing through.

I was here with a semi-large group. The Foundry had nice and cordial service. I only ordered dessert, but everyones food looked great! The dessert was well prepared and it looked flawless.
