Everyones reviews are spot on. This is a great track, a tough track but still lots of fun. Toughest part is its just tight off the tee, especially from the back tees. Im actually surprised its not rated higher but the slope is rated at a 142. Each hole is unique and the greens have a lot of undulation so be careful where you leave your approach shots. Beautiful course with some of the best views. Worth every penny they charge. My only gripe is they keep saying, "Golf Course at Glen Mills, Since 1824." Im pretty sure this course was built in the 2000s...

After wanting to play this course for several years, Im sorry to say it was a colossal letdown :( The layout and backdrops are terrific, but I cant remember when Ive seen greens that poor. Every green was extremely bumpy to the point where I literally stopped putting. For a round that expensive, I expect a lot more. The greens at both my local public courses are 10x better. It really is a shame because I wanted to LOVE this course, but after my experience, its doubtful Ill return.

2 HOURS TO PLAY THE FIRST 7 HOLES. WAITED 5 TO 10 MINUTES ON EVERY FULL SHOT. 2 HOURS TO PLAY THE LAST 11 HOLES, BECAUSE THE GROUP IN FRONT OF US WAS FINALLY BROKEN UP. THAT GROUP WAS 2 HOLE S BEHIND AFTER 3 HOLES. THE COURSE WAS NICE, BUT THE SLOWNESS OF THE BEGINNING PACE RUINED THE DAY FOR ME. THE RANGERS KEPT TRYING TO HELP US BUT THEY SAID MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING.

It has been about 5 years since I played this course, Finally able to play yesterday after a long rain delay. Could kick myself in the ........... because It has to be one of the most enjoyable courses to play in the area. It will NOT be 5 years until I play it again, also took 2 others with me that have NEVER played the course, THEY LOVED IT.

I cant say enough about this course. Finally played it after knowing about it for quite some time and wow!! Beautiful, spectacularly maintained course with great bunkering, waste areas, grassy areas and stunning views!! A must play in the eastern Pennsylvania area. Definitely worth driving a ways to. An absolute stunner!!!

Wow, Beautiful, Amazing just a few words to describe this country club style public course! You pull up and see a very nice club house than greeted by the schools students who will take and cart your bags... than onto the course itself, challenging but not overwhelming! Kept in immaculate shape!

Great course, and at a good value too! Conditions were great, and the nature was amazing.. Deer, blue heron, etc.. Nice big fast greens, but not easy once on the green. Everyone was friendly too.. Lots of marshals keeping pace up too. Will definitely play here next time i am around Philly.

Glen Mills was a great course. It was a challenging course, but manageable if you keep out of the traps and long rough. Extremly fast greens. It was a great course. The people were great and the course was in excellent shape. Well worth the $$.

Great design. Course was in great shape. Greens were rolling fast and fairways were nice and manicured. Course does not serve alcohol which can be a negative for some golfers but worth the trip.
