The place used to have mgmt turnover issues. I played there 5/30/16 for first time in years and theyve made great improvement. Layout is the same, which is a shame for some holes, but every hole has a placard, hole sponsor, recut and resodded fairways, drainage additions at low areas, etc. the amenities are also better at the clubhouse, both decoratively and with a real pro shop. At the price it is a steal. If you disliked it in the past give it another try. I had to write this , they put in a lot of effort to create a fun course that makes you choose shot placements.

Course looks great but only used the driving in range this year thus far. Driving range allows shots off the grass or tee it up if you like. Machines provide balls but no change given so bring 1s, 5s, or 10s for as many balls you can hit. Just Pull in next to the dispensing machine, get your balls and go hit a few with a couple of minutes of arrival.

Excellent value for your money. The course has always been moderate priced but in previous years you definitely knew you were playing a substandard course. This year however, there are many upgrades to the course that have it looking good and feeling a class higher while the pricing stayed similar to what it was. I really like playing this course.

Overall it was a very nice course. We played a 10am tee time on a Saturday for $35 a person. The greens were fast but held nicely. The course was in a good condition for the dry summer weve had. Somewhat wide open but I still managed to hit a few trees. A couple ponds/water hazards on the front. It was a good day of golf at a nice course.

My personal favorite golf course. Fairly priced, challenging, and is walk or cart friendly. Good elevation changes and a lot of wide fairways.
