Let me start off by saying if you asked me to rate this place before today I would of put a 5 star. After today it doesnt even deserve a 1! Lets start off by saying Ive been to this place at least 6 or 7 times with my whole entire family. We get in to check in, they ask if we have legal guardianship of my niece. We explain we have a court order to get her on weekends. The girl at the computer tells us thats not good enough we need the mom or dad to sign the waiver. Shes already on my waiver but I guess its "expired". Now all the times we have been there including the time 2 weeks ago never once was I asked about "guardianship ". So I ask for the manager. He comes over and I explain her mom is not in her life and there is a court order. He then tells us we can go in. I guess that is enough? Can someone explain how even if her mom was in the picture, by her going online and signing a NEW waiver...how that would even be safe??? How would they even know it was the real guardian signing the paperwork online?? So the manager tells us we can go inside. We go on...we jump for about 20 min then one of the workers comes to us and says my 6 yr old daughter is to tall to jump in the little kid section. I have a 3 year old who is NOT tall enough to go in the big section. So I go to try and take my 6 year old to the big section but my 3 year old starts crying. Now what? The worker watches and says okay fine she can stay. Okay, so about 20 min goes by. Then he comes to us again and says...my manager said she cant jump in this section Im really sorry blah blah blah blah, now my older daughter is look at me confused. And my younger one is scared because she thinks Im going to leave her again. Now what? In the 2 years I have been going to this place I have never put up such a fight for my kids to just have FUN. My final decision was to just leave. And now I am currently on my way to McDonalds play land so my kids and my niece and nephew can spend some quality time together. If you ask me this was waste of 20 dollars and a waste of 45 min if my day and a waste of 10 dollars of my gas to get there. I hope people with 2 different aged kids find this review helpful. I guess if you have 1 child this might be the place. Just make sure you bring your kids social security card and birth certificate. I am beyond pissed off. And upset and seeing my kids cry while we were leaving because they gave us a low ball 20 min makes me even more upset. Im done! Thanks for listening to me vent!!!!!!

Rating a 2 due to lack of explained rules and regulations and because of the dangerously poorly padded foam pit. My 7 year old daughter and I went on Christmas Eve to check it out. We had a great time in the trampoline area--a lot of fun! But then I made the dumb suggestion to go try out the jousting over the foam pit. We were on the beam for a while before falling in. When my daughter fell in the foam pit, she landed on her ankle, passing through the foam, hitting the bottom and instantly spraining it. I saw no adult employees there, only teenagers. No one was explaining anything. No one seemed concerned as I dragged my injured child out of the foam pit. We did manage to get an ice pack before heading to the St. Lukes Anderson emergency room conveniently just down the road. The foam pit is posted as only 3 ft deep and no head first jumping into. My daughter is only 7 and landed feet first, a slow fall into the pit and she hit the bottom and was instantly injured. She was on crutches through Christmas and new years and still on crutches today, greatly impeding her ability to participate in all her activities. All I ask is that they sit you down before you go in and explain all the dangers and rules, like they do so well at Bounce U. The teenagers that work there are everywhere but they are just on their iPhones and dont tell you anything about each area when you are first there. I just cant believe there isnt enough padding in and under the foam pit to prevent a 7 year old from spraining her ankle during a gentle fall into the foam pit. When we got to St. Lukes Anderson intake, the lady working said we were the fifth case that week from FreeFall. I just dont see how this place can stay open long unless they change their policies and beef up the duties of their young employees attending each area. Before we went, we had been planning to have my daughters birthday party there this spring, but we definitely will not be now. My daughter doesnt even want to go back. Its not worth the dangers and they cant make it safer since their employees enforce and explain nothing. Moreover, no one at the time or since has expressed any concern about my daughters injury there. I did report it before we left but the young girl at the counter said they dont record injuries anyway.

Honestly, the place was great. A lot of fun, lots to do, nice areas to sit and take a break if needed. Im giving three stars because of what happened at the counter. I took my daughter to open time. Should have been $14 each. The man at the counter asked if we wanted socks, I said yes. He added those. A woman at the next register (staff member) said "oh, youll want the plus pass". I did not, actually, want the plus pass. The man ringing me up never said a word so I turned to my attention to my daughter, briefly. The man asked if that was all, I said yes and handed him my payment. It was only after Id paid and received a receipt that I realized he had, in fact, charged me for the plus passes. Granted, I should have paid closer attention. However I never requested this extra, no one asked me if I wanted this extra, and no one informed me they were adding it. Im a single mom. I work two jobs to make life comfortable for my kids. Things like this are a luxury for us and have to be budgeted well in advance. The extra $10 may not seem like much to some people, but to us it really is. I found the whole thing to be unprofessional and sneaky. Again, aside from the issue at the counter, everything about this place was great.

Freefall had two minions to jump with the kids. My four year old son enjoyed himself so much, he wants to have his birthday here. We have been here once before and our visit the first time was not that great. If you have a child from 0-6 years old, you are best to come here on a Saturday morning from 9-11 which is kids zone jump time. They get to enjoy everything in the place saturday mornings with the exception of the bull ride and one other thing that require the plus pass which you can buy for an additional $5.00. The first time we came my son only got to do the play house (like they have at mcdonalds), one of the dodgeball courts and the foam blocks pit. Everything else was off limits to his age group. So for the same exact price, bring your little ones out on a Saturday morning 9-11 and they get the entire place safely to themselves as only ages 0-6 can be jumping in entire building from 9-11. Take your kids out Saturdays for a wonderful time they are sure to enjoy.
